Small boutique hotel that feels ‘authentic’ without extending to being a Ryokan type of room.

Very friendly service at reception and the small bar. We loved their eco-friendly cleaning policy — no-one came in to clean our room or change towels for our 2 day stay.

Great hotel, great location. Rooms had everything you needed.
Only negative was from the noise from the corridor as people walked past. Would stay here again!

Such a wonderful place to stay at! it’s by the shirakawa river which is so peaceful and quiet and it’s only a 8 minute walk.

The greatest host ever owner of the house. First time meeting feels like already knowing for a while. When we’re arriving into her house, she did prepared for 4 kimono for our family.
