We are very happy with our stay here the price was absolutely amazing, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would gladly stay here again or at any one of their other locations.

This is my first time here. It was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were larger than rxpected and well equipped.

Small, Intimate, and Cozy Hotel Stay!
We have made an excellent choice in staying here. Booked at the last minute late November 2025 (due to a failed no-show from a ryokan booking).

Small hotel on a quiet street about 600m from the subway. Great water pressure, comfortable beds and just large enough for 2 people and a few suitcases. Kitchen with fridge, microwave and cook top.

Good location. Good facilities. The lounge has a coffee machine which is very nice. My room was wide enough that I can manage my things and I can store my luggage outside in a compartment.

I used this hotel as a place to stay on a business trip.
Here is a Capsule hotel, so the private space is small. But there are rest space on the first floor and I could have some snacks and drinks.

We loved our stay at Enso! Our room was large, comfortable, and authentically designed. The staff were warm and attentive.

Absolutely love this place. The staff were so so friendly, kind and considerate to all our needs. We booked two rooms on the downstairs floor and they were both incredible.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at Kyoto 4 sisters. We were a group of 6 including a baby. The apartment complex is very spacious and well maintained.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The staff were pleasant and eager to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The Residence is well placed for visiting Kyoto on foot or by metro.

My partner and I had an incredible stay at Nishiyama Ryokan.

Loved that I stayed here! From checkin to checkout… everything was smooth. Welcomed with tea and a hot towel and someone personally escorted me to my room and explained everything.

I choose Nazuna Kyoto Gosho for my daughter's experience of a modern ryokan. We stayed in the Yatsuhashi room.

While pricey, this modern ryoken delivers quality and consistent service at a great Kyoto location time after time.

Everything about Mitsuki was just perfect.

Shogetsu is an excellent kaiseki restaurant. The host, Ayano san, helps foreigners new to kaiseki feel very welcomed with her warm and approachable hospitality.

A lovely family run establishment. The service is lovely, the ladies are so nice and knowledgeable. The food is great, it is a unique Japanese meal. Loved it!

Peaceful Family Base in the Heart of Kyoto.
The Room: We stayed with our two children (12 and 8) and found the space perfect.

Only thing to note is that the keys need to be picked up from reception near Kyoto station.
Location great, clean spacious room.
DRYING ROOM IS SO COOL!

Excellent experience of traditional Japanese house. Clean and comfortable. Nice warm toilet seat and bidet.
Plenty of local sites within walking distance and easy access to public transport.

Lovely quiet location cetral to a number of key attactions. Supermarket just down the road. Lovely local reastuarants close by. Short walk to subway and buses.

The service of the landlady Tano is impeccable. The breakfast is super delicious and complete specially if you are looking for a real japanese meal.

This place was great to stay. The owner and staff are very welcoming and polite. Speak good english and always willing to help if needed.
The rooms are very spacious and cleaned everyday.

This was our favourite hotel in Japan. Staying in a traditional Japanese building in Kyoto made the experience feel truly authentic.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s in a great location, making it very easy to get to all the interesting spots in Kyoto.

The hotel was great, honestly the only thing I didn't like was not having a window. Also my allergies went crazy here too but the main lady who works there was so nice and accommodating!

I used it on a trip with 4 adult women.
I was able to spend a relaxing time in a townhouse located in a quiet residential area despite being located in the center of the city.

It's right next to the bakery.

Compared to ordinary inns and hotels, the area is very large and can be used spaciously.
