I usually write reviews when the experience is very good or very bad; and my recent stay at JW Marriott Surabaya has inspired me to write this review to commend them for their excellent service.

This is a fabulous hotel with extraordinary service. The hotel porters and reception staff welcome you warmly at the door.

I can't begin to describe how good Hotel Tugu is.
Not only is Malang the coolest city in the world, that is the complete package.

The hotel is actually a museum. The granddaughter of a 19th century Chinese sugar baron, an internationally renowned elegant lady, transformed it from her home shortly before her 100th birthday.

My stay at Hotel Majapahit Surabaya was nothing short of extraordinary — a truly unforgettable experience wrapped in elegance, history, and genuine hospitality.

It was great to be back to the best hotel in Surabaya. My family and I stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The staff and their hospitality are highly commendable.

I had a very satisfying stay at Santika Premiere and truly had a blast staying in with my family. The food was good, and the cake at the café was also very delicious.

Today, I held my Table Manners Afternoon Tea event at The Gallery Restaurant, Ciputra World Hotel Surabaya, and it was absolutely amazing!

Enjoying this hotel so much. Love how they upgrade my room for free and it’s turned out the room is super nice. The bed is big. My daughter is super happy and wish to be back here.

We booked for suite room and spent 1 night in this hotel. The room is old style looks. Need to repair for some parts. The bathroom looks too dark and old.

It's fine. The service was bad, receptionist was insanely hated her life so bad. But the room itself was okay, kinda old looking. They offer laundry that is integrated to the hotel itself.
