All‑Inclusive Hotels in East Java

I had a very satisfying stay at Santika Premiere and truly had a blast staying in with my family. The food was good, and the cake at the café was also very delicious.

Review of Dinner Event at Hotel Santika Premier Malang — Excellent Service.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff are polite, humble, friendly and helpful. We spent 4 nights day and each day we were impressed with their excellent service.

This was my last vacation of last year/beginning of this year and I just wanted to relax, this was the perfect hotel for that. I requested for a high-floor quiet room and they gave me the same.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is entirely grand.

We had a nice one night stay.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Capital Hotel, and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by Lia at the reception desk.

Had an amazing stay here past few days ago! The room was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were good.

If you want to feel the world famous Raffless Hotel Singapore in Surabaya version, then Majapahit Hotel is right place.

We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The decor and architecture is outstanding and the staff look after you so well.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The location couldn't be better since it’s right next to Ciputra Mall, making it super easy to grab a bite at some great restaurants.

I booked this hotel for a quick solo trip, and it was exactly what I needed.

We booked for suite room and spent 1 night in this hotel. The room is old style looks. Need to repair for some parts. The bathroom looks too dark and old.
Breakfast need to add some more menu.

I had an extraordinary experience staying here! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean, and the lobby was spacious and pleasantly fragrant.

Overall stay experience was pleasant.
It's a revitalized hotel from the 90s located at the heart of Surabaya, only a walking distance to lively Tunjungan Walk, and the famous Tunjungan Plaza.

We always love checking in to Crown Prince Hotel! The staff are so friendly & helpful! The rooms are always so clean & functioning well! The aircon is strong & so is the Wi-Fi.

Room was spacious and clean, location is superb as it is located straight in the middle of city. Very close to Tunjungan Plaza.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Atria Hotel Malang offers a comfortable stay with spacious and cozy rooms. The bathroom is a bit cramped and lacks hooks for towels and clothes, which could be improved.

Super satisfying. Love the ambiance, the cozy, food, and the people. We spent only 1 night here after visiting Kawah Ijen. It's a perfect place to relax and find a balance.

The location is absolutely unbeatable —smack dab in the city center. Getting around was a breeze since everything is so accessible.
Got comfortable room, tidy and clean amenities, also free minibar.

The pillow is so comfortable! I really have a nice sleep here after long trip.
The water pressure was nice and the hot water is on 24 hours.

One of the best and most reasonably priced places I’ve stayed at in Indonesia so far. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a very pleasant stay from the moment I arrived.

I had a lovely iftar here. The buffet selection was complete, everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the service was very attentive. A perfect place for Ramadan gatherings.

Best place to chill near surabaya.
Weather is good. There s a lot activity here. And some restaurant near the hotel. Thanks for Mr. TEGUH and team for warm welcoming.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Even though the rainy season limited our outdoor activities, the hotel’s serene and calm surroundings made it the perfect place to relax.

Booked this hotel in a rush cuz me and my family were having a spontaneous trip to surabaya. The staff was so nice and helped us to open the door! always love the small talk.

Stayed for a night for a short visit, and the service was top notch!

The hotel is very nice and cozy with strategic location, near to Boom Beach and Pantai Kelapa. In the evening, there are many street food vendors in the proximity.

Friendly staff and good taste of breakfast. The room need maintenance but still good and be my favorite hotel in tuban.

Old hotel recommended for holidays with family in Tretes, Prigen. At INNA Tretes Hotel & Resort we stayed in the Welirang bungalow which had been around since before the hotel was first established.

This hotel is located in the Prigen highlands area of East Java, the hotel is quite spacious and has a good view, up to here the receptionist is very friendly and really provides information on the

Since the first time I stayed at Swiss-Belinn Manyar in January 2025, this place becomes our base whenever I visit Surabaya (average 4x a year).

Nice, strategic location in the Manyar area — close to lots of food options and easy to get around. I stayed here because I had an event near Pakuwon.

I stayed at Harris with my son. We really enjoyed stayed here for 2N.
The staff is very friendly. The room is very clean, they really pay attention. My room does not include breakfast.

The hotel room is spacious and has complete amenities. The hotel is located in a residential area with many trees and a pleasant morning jog outside with fresh air.

The hotel is well-established, with a solid structure and managed professionally.

We have returned to this hotel many times, especially during the year-end holidays, and it never disappoints. The service is always excellent, responsive and attentive whenever we need something.

Located in Kota Lama Surabaya. The night life is very lively there. It's an old building. The facility is also old but functioning well. AC is not cool enough, cable TV is enough.

Strategically located in the old town of Surabaya. It’s the colonial building that was built in the early twentieth century by the contractor named Hollanndsche Beton Maatschaij.

Suasananya nyamanpegawai ramah.

Nice hotel with nice surroundings and facilities… friendly and helpful staffs.

This hotel is huge! For a moment I checked my map to ensure that I’m at the correct location. The hotel is at a peaceful part of the city. The check-in process was easy.

It's fine. The service was bad, receptionist was insanely hated her life so bad. But the room itself was okay, kinda old looking. They offer laundry that is integrated to the hotel itself.

Went there for short trip with my friend. Hotel staffs are friendly and their services are really good. The location is strategic, easy to go everywhere.

To be honest, there is nothing special about this hotel, the reception service is ordinary, when checking in guests are asked to hold their KTP or Identity card (is that important?
