One night stay in triple room prior train to Bandung. Clean n comfortable hotel nearby train station. Professional staff and services. Recommended for a base in Surabaya.

The location is absolutely unbeatable —smack dab in the city center. Getting around was a breeze since everything is so accessible.
Got comfortable room, tidy and clean amenities, also free minibar.
The staff was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Thumbs up for the hospitality.
Breakfast was good enough for a 4-stars hotel. They serve from local to international menu. Highly recommend for business trip or short staycation!

We found the hotel to be quite ordinary and, unfortunately, not up to the standards we had expected. There were visible stains throughout the room, including on the pillow covers, bedsheets, towels, and blankets. The curtains had numerous holes, resembling Swiss cheese—clearly not part of the design. Even the plate holding the toilet amenities was stained.
Additionally, the room did not have an iron. When we inquired at reception, we were informed that ironing facilities were available on Level 7. However, despite visiting the area twice, once accompanied by a staff member, we were unable to locate the iron.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and welcoming, reflecting the hospitality that Indonesian people are so well known for, which we truly appreciated.
Would I choose to stay here again? I'm uncertain.
