Sawahan Hotels

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and overall it offers good value for travelers who prioritize location over facilities.

For the first 2 nights, we booked a suite room (Level 12), which was very spacious, I would say. There was a separate living room and a total of 2 shower rooms.

Suasananya nyamanpegawai ramah.

Nice hotel with nice surroundings and facilities… friendly and helpful staffs.

The experience was nice. Room, amenities, breakfast, location, are all great.

Perfect location. Right in the center of Surabaya, easy to go around. So many good restos and cafes in the area.
Also, Tempat Oleh2 Bu Rudy is like 300meters walk away.
Room is great.

The Staffs (valet / receiptionist/ bellboy / janitors & cleaners / the breakfast team) Were excellent — very pro active / friendly / warm and welcoming.
The Hotel itself was clean and tidy.

Stayed here in Surabaya — cracking little place! Room’s spotless and looks pretty new, all modern and simple vibes. Bit of colour about it too, which is nice.

Stay in this hotel for a week, was a comfortable experience. The staff are kind, room service every day, but all the electric socket in my room was loose and somehow didn't work.

Good room with good facilities, the staff are excellent service. Very comfortable to stay at this hotel. Parking area is massive and have a valet srevice.
