Stay in this hotel for a week, was a comfortable experience. The staff are kind, room service every day, but all the electric socket in my room was loose and somehow didn't work. If you fix this, it would be five stars review.
I haven’t checked in yet. Tried to confirm my booking however the reception staff sounded unfriendly at all.
Asking her if I could check in early but she was not helping.
Asked her name but she could not mention her name but just mention she is receptionist staff.
Quite rude!
Hope the management train how to have better hospitalised hospitality industry.

Room was okay, can't complain much. It was standard. The ac was cool, there was a ceiling fan too so it enhance the coolness of the room. Bathroom was fine, amenities complete. The bed was squeaky tho.
