Tegalsari Hotels

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff are polite, humble, friendly and helpful. We spent 4 nights day and each day we were impressed with their excellent service.

This was my last vacation of last year/beginning of this year and I just wanted to relax, this was the perfect hotel for that. I requested for a high-floor quiet room and they gave me the same.

I had a good experience at Hotel Santika Pandegiling. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help from the moment I arrived.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, spacious rooms and spotless, but the breakfast selection could be improved.

I never hesitate to choose Four Points Tunjungan Plaza. It is always my first choice, both for myself and my colleagues, whenever we have an agenda in Surabaya.

Had a really pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza. Honestly, the hospitality here has been the best among the Marriott properties I’ve stayed at so far.

I would like to give thumbs up to the service of the staff in this hotel. Every one is attentive and greet their guests. We felt so welcomed the moment we stepped into the hotel during our 4D3N here.

Grand Swiss-Belhotel Darmo is highly recommended for business travelers, given its strategic location in the heart of Surabaya's business district.

I would like to compliment Ms Irish for her exceptional service in handling customer queries.

I had a wonderful stay this January 2026. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; they offer a great menu with plenty of delicious options to start the day.

Excellent location and a hotel focus to give an excellent customer service. Nice and kindly staff 24hrs. Love the daily snacks the Hotel supply.

Excellent! All crews are very helpful. Clean and tidy room. Ada adzan setiap jam sholat.

It was a great experience staying at Midtown Hotel Surabaya. Great hotel atmosphere, placed strategically, priced accordingly, and with the friendliest of staffs.

All the staffs here are really friendly, kind and helpful (securities, dining area, receptionists and even housekeeping's staffs). Location is accessible and really good. The room also is excellent.

Loved our stay at Mercure Grand Mirama Surabaya. I came with my husband and our toddler, and surprisingly, this hotel is very kid-friendly.

Best part about the room is the size. Amenities are complete. Although the bathroom feel a little cramped. Kitchen is nice though we dont use it other than the fridge.

The room was not spacious enough, no cupboard. The beds n pillows were fine. Good location, quite spacious parking. The breakfast was just so so, not many choices. The staffs were friendly n helpful.

The best hotel with low budget, clean room, biggest room in the class, all the facilities are good, the foods are delicious and the staff was very helping. Good job 👍 and keep a good service 👌

Stayed in Quest Surabaya for 2 nights. The hotel location was superb, within walking distance from the hotel you can find plenty of eateries and coffee shops. Katedral Surabaya is also nearby.

The stay here was part of 'my quest' for the meaning of life. I think it's 'you only live once'.
