My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff are polite, humble, friendly and helpful. We spent 4 nights day and each day we were impressed with their excellent service.

This was my last vacation of last year/beginning of this year and I just wanted to relax, this was the perfect hotel for that. I requested for a high-floor quiet room and they gave me the same.

We booked a family connecting room. Surprisingly they arrange a lovely kids decoration in the room. Kids love it, and cannot stop playing.
The bedsheet is also changed into sanrio themed cinnamoroll.

Excellent location and a hotel focus to give an excellent customer service. Nice and kindly staff 24hrs. Love the daily snacks the Hotel supply.

I had a wonderful stay this January 2026. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; they offer a great menu with plenty of delicious options to start the day.

I stayed at this hotel with some friends in May, and we had such a great experience. The location is super strategic, easy to get to and close to everywhere we needed.

Stayed at Santika Pandegiling for 2 nights. Room is standard (quite spacious and clean) but would be better to be upgraded with new furnitures and modern room design and colours.

Best part about the room is the size. Amenities are complete. Although the bathroom feel a little cramped. Kitchen is nice though we dont use it other than the fridge.

I stayed in room 907.
I only stayed 1 night because I had to make a last-minute reservation, but overall I was very satisfied.

It was a great experience staying at Midtown Hotel Surabaya. Great hotel atmosphere, placed strategically, priced accordingly, and with the friendliest of staffs.

All the staffs here are really friendly, kind and helpful (securities, dining area, receptionists and even housekeeping's staffs). Location is accessible and really good. The room also is excellent.

The room was not spacious enough, no cupboard. The beds n pillows were fine. Good location, quite spacious parking. The breakfast was just so so, not many choices. The staffs were friendly n helpful.

The best hotel with low budget, clean room, biggest room in the class, all the facilities are good, the foods are delicious and the staff was very helping. Good job 👍 and keep a good service 👌

What a wonderful short stay at this hotel. We got a good price in order to stay within reach because we want to visit surabaya zoo.

"My experience at Quest Hotel Surabaya was highly satisfying.

We booked for two nights but we had to cancel the booking due to the demonstration. We tried to get a refund, but they said not possible due to the procedure. However, that time was out of ordinary.

Objectively: If you are looking for a place to stay near the city center. Then this is the best choice for this category. They can over exceed your expectations.

Strategic location, close to the iconic Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall as well as several office buildings around Jalan Basuki Rahmat.

Clean, good, everything is suave and everything is in accordance with health protocols.

Cute hotel, I like the different coloured room doors, and pot plant at the lift. Friendly helpful staff. Some staff are better at English than others. Good location.

Four star hotel in the city center. The staffs were SUPER friendly. The design is classic vintage. Tunjungan Plaza was only walks away and Jalan Tunjungan is also within reach on foot.
