Service is okay. Parking area are available every single floor. Food court in first floor is not recommended. Not much choices, seems like mostly close, better look for another dining out side hotel. One room in the corner is freaky with invisible female spirit, but she just wanted to share how she became. I guess we were lucky got that room. Please note for every one :). Other than that everything is fine. Staff are friendly, helpful, house keeping staff is helpfull as well.

Love the strategic location. Despite the limited option, the breakfast is surprisingly very delicious. The buffet may look like homemade cooking, but it tastes super good. I was upgraded to deluxe room but unfortunately, the headboard shares wall with the TV of the other room behind mine. Got to sleep with quite loud background noise.

Overall it's a good place for staying for its price (I got irresistible bargain). Located in the city center — tons of easy access nearly everywhere.

Nice place for transit and business stay, near tunjungan plaza and accesible by 5 minute walking.

Very worst service. Staff behaviour is very rude. They will stuck you up with zero service. Very pathetic and disappointing. I never recommend to stay as a family. Cheap quality service. They behave as they give everything as a complimentary. Worst experience. Air conditioner here are just dummy don’t work. Suffocating and trappy rooms.

Nice place, very strategic location in the city center and close to public transportation and public activities. On the first floor, there is a restaurant with traditional Indonesian food.

Rooms were a standard for 3 stars, service is much delayed, I asked for a new sanitary from the very morning as they threw last used one but never actually give me new one till late night.

While the service was very nice and the hotel's location near a mall was convenient, there were several drawbacks that made my stay less enjoyable. Firstly, the air conditioning unit was placed in a weird spot in the room. This made it difficult to get the temperature right, leaving parts of the room either too cold or too warm. Additionally, the room had sealed windows, making it feel stuffy and claustrophobic.

The room isn’t nice at all and doesn’t really compare with the pictures they have online. There are dirty spots on the bed sheets and the floor has dust on it and there are cracks in the floor. It looks like they didn’t really clean the room. Also the staff forced us to post a good review so that we could get an upgrade because apparently if we didn’t get that so called upgrade we wouldn’t even have windows.
The only thing that I can say is nice is about the location, it’s really city centred.

Great place for an event. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect! The food was delicious and plentiful. They are located only a short walk from Tunjunan Plaza, there is an AlfaMart around the corner, as well as, bars, restaurants, & food stalls. The rooms are small, but have everything you need especially, a comfortable bed.
