It was a great experience staying at Midtown Hotel Surabaya. Great hotel atmosphere, placed strategically, priced accordingly, and with the friendliest of staffs. The room was very clean, with ample room and clean bathroom.
Overall, would highly recommend anyone to pick this hotel as their next destination when staying in Surabaya.
All the staffs here are really friendly, kind and helpful (securities, dining area, receptionists and even housekeeping's staffs). Location is accessible and really good. The room also is excellent. The breakfast menu are so delicious and got variety of choices. Nothing to complaint. Just two suggestions for the hotel to improve. Maybe can provide ironing section in each level and also hairdryer in each room. Overall, I like this hotel.
