We always love checking in to Crown Prince Hotel! The staff are so friendly & helpful! The rooms are always so clean & functioning well! The aircon is strong & so is the Wi-Fi. Not only in the rooms but also in the common areas. Alfina was so nice every morning greeting us for breakfast and assisting us with delivering our meals to our rooms when we were feeling low on energy. Appreciate all the staff & look forward to our next stay!
Room was spacious and clean, location is superb as it is located straight in the middle of city. Very close to Tunjungan Plaza.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful. There was slight trouble with the aircon during our stay, but with the help of Pak Zaenal (the technician), everything could be solved in an instant.
Breakfast was fine, lots of choices of food available. Swimming pool was okay, but during the first few days of our stay, the pool was a bit dirty with lots of dry leaves and very few towels available.
Overall, we enjoyed our time staying at Crown Prince hotel and we will surely recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻

Good location. Spacious room and complete amenities. However the power outlet in the room is bit hidden. So that not really convenient to plug your cable in.
