Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza

Our stay at Four Point by Sheraton was an exceptional experience, despite an initial mix-up with the taxi driver taking us to a previously visited Sheraton property.
The food and beverage team demonstrated remarkable professionalism, smiling face throughout the services, and the breakfast selection was truly outstanding and offering a wide array of choices.
I particularly missed the traditional Indonesian juices. Amy and the staffs was exceptionally helpful and friendly. It has been a considerable time since we encountered such a welcoming and hospitable team within a hotel setting. The restaurant staff, in particular, made us feel genuinely valued and at ease.
Furthermore, the housekeeping staff and front desk staff consistently displayed a pleasant and cheerful demeanor.
We anticipate thoroughly enjoying the remainder of our stay at Four Point by Sheraton.

The room is quite spacious. The service is excellent. Their attention to detail enhances the overall experience and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The location adds significant value to the stay, as the property sits next to Tunjungan Plaza. This proximity allows convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options without the need for long travel. Special shout out to FRISKA at front desk who welcomed us warmly and recommended us to upgrade to a better view room with additional cost. We managed to see the city firework from our room with full glass windows. FRISKA also arrange a special surprise cake for us during our 37th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you!
Special thanks to PUTRI too at front desk — she let us checked out at 3:00pm just nice for our flight out at 7:00pm.
Also to DAUD at Lime Restaurant who is always cheerful and always chat with us during breakfast.

Stayed for 4 days here when we were on a visit and we had such a great time. The location is really strategic as its connected to Tunjungan Plaza and its in the city centre. As for the servicess, its really A+. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. They made us feels at home. Would love to stay here again when we visit Surabaya again next time.

All of the employees are excellent in giving their best service to me. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Especially for Friska in FO (she has been very helpful since last year I visited this hotel). Daud was also very helpful in the restaurant.

The accommodation was comfortable and the service was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled great upon arrival. All the amenities worked well, from the air conditioning and hot shower to the Wi-Fi.
The staff was also friendly—always helpful when asked. The hotel grounds were quite quiet, perfect for resting after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and varied.
Overall, my stay here was quite enjoyable.

We only stayed 2 nights but we were amazed at how helpful and friendly all the wonderful staff were.
Especially Hera on the reception who really went to a lot of effort to sort out things for us.
The hotel is right beside an absolutely huge shopping mall which caters for a wide range of prices.

The overall service was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. The team at the restaurant especially stood out — they were attentive, warm, and made the dining experience very pleasant.
The room was also excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated that the hotel provided six bottles of drinking water every day, which was a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more convenient.
Interestingly, my main reason for choosing this hotel was its easy access to the mall. However, that benefit ended up feeling like just an additional bonus because the hotel’s exceptional service and hospitality.
What impressed me most was how thoughtful the restaurant staff were. They didn’t just serve the meals with a smile, but even offered to prepare my food for takeaway. This level of hospitality truly made my stay memorable.

It was a great experience started from the check-in process. Staffs were very helpful even recommended me to register as member as it was my first time staying in this hotel. Room was clean, well organized, comfy bed, good functioning shower. There's an ironing desk and hair dryer. Good and adequate TV channels. Good size swimming pool and kids area too. The breakfast experience was superb. We could order ala carte to be served the following day and we ordered crispy pork bacon and avocado toast which were served very well on the following day. Staffs in breakfast area were all very friendly and helpful. They didn't hesitate to offer more that what have been served in breakfast area. In overall it was very good experience and we will come back for sure. Oh and it's adjacent to one of the largest shopping mall in Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza.

It was a peaceful and pleasant stay in Four pts. We had a suit room. Room cleanliness and amenities are really good and maintained in a good condition. Easy access to TP big mall and other attractions. The breakfast is very good and lot of options to go. Mbak Lena, Valda were very caring and helpful, showed us good hospitality. 👍.

From lobby security n front staffs to Restaurant to House keeping staffs, everyone greets us with a smile n are very helpful througout my stay. The chef in charge of morning buffet Fiki Sulaiman even come to me personally n offer to custom make my meal after Knowing that I m vegetarian with special dietary requirements. Overall very happy with my stay. The wait staff Yudha also very nice n friendly. We had a good exhange about d Surabaya neighbourhood.

Had a great stay. The rooms are nice and spacious, the twin beds are the large kinds so it was really great. The location is also strategic and right next to a big mall. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful but unfortunately, I didn’t get to catch his name. For breakfast, Ms. Endang helped us with our table. Very great service overall.

All the services were good and memorable. The service was excellent, I requested additional water and they served less within 5 minutes. I asked to change the room, and it was available in less than 10 minutes.
However, I still suggest upgrading the internet services, maybe some room is not covered well by the Wi-Fi extender, which was the reason I needed to change the room. It is an important thing for the one who does business travel.
Second, I think some furniture needs to be upgraded as well, the work desk/table in the room is too small.
Third, the minibar area is too empty 😀. It was too minimal for the presence. Minimal number of coffee sachets provided, tea as well. And an empty fridge as well. Just filled up the minibar area with food and drink, Surabaya is very hot, and 2 small bottles of water were not enough.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya was an excellent experience. The room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Great room! Gym facilities was adequate but pool was amazing. Team at the breakfast restaurant were very attentive. All staff esp Natasya at concierge was very friendly and attentive. Will stay again!

This was my second stay at the hotel, and overall, I truly enjoyed the experience. I chose a different type of room this time and included the breakfast package. In my opinion, for a 5-star hotel in Surabaya, this property is still one of the best.
However, I did encounter one concern. After my first night, I noticed two red spots on my face that appeared suddenly. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites, but even after several days the marks remained visible. This made me wonder if the pillow sheets had not been thoroughly cleaned.
It was a little disappointing because everything else about the stay was excellent. I sincerely hope the management can pay extra attention to room hygiene, especially the pillows and bed sheets, so that future guests won’t experience the same issue.

Fourpoint by Sheraton Tunjungan is a highly recommended hotel because it is integrated with the largest mall in Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza. No need to go far to the mall, just one step away to TP. This is my second visit to Surabaya and staying at Fourpoint for business. And I am very happy, because the room I booked was upgraded to a premium room and during my stay at several hotels, Fourpoint is the first to do this. Once again, I say thank you very much. The room when entering the lobby smells very fragrant, to the point I wonder what perfume they use because it smells very good. The room is very clean, amenities are also complete and no doubt, from the staff when we arrived, the good receptionist and other staff are very friendly, smiling and always greet. I admit the service is excellent. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no doubt, the food had many choices, delicious, the staff and chef were very friendly, offering a variety of food & drinks. The check-in process was with an oriental man I forgot his name and the checkout was assisted by Mas Tian, the process was very fast. On my next business trip to Surabaya, I'll still choose Fourpoints because I enjoy shopping at the mall. It saves a lot of time and energy since it's not far.
