Room is spacious but dated and not well litted. Internet connection is litterally dead if your room is in the middle row. Your window will have view of the the window of the room in the opposite row. Room has bathtub. There is gym room and swimming pool. It is located right next to Tunjungan Plaza 2. Staffs are helpful.
I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Tunjungan. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Surabaya and directly connected to Tunjungan Plaza, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I would highly recommend Hotel Tunjungan to anyone visiting Surabaya, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip!

Had a work trip far away from Jakarta for automotive events at TP, Surabaya are indeed authentic city and ive been placed in this Tunjungan Hotel for a 2 night stay.
Rooms are all clean and tidy, love the work for the housekeeping team for keeping it in absolute best level to stay! Tho buildings might seems old its still comfortable to stay in this place due to their cleanliness. I'll say the Air conditioner feels like doin its best to gave me a nice temp but I guess you need to fix that better cause its srsly a bit need service n repair for the changing temp. Also its not really quiet in this place u could hear next door makin any typa noise too.

Idk if this place are having small team inside and but for a proper hotel like this its truly saddens me that me and my team have to carry our luggage ourselves, FOH exists in their frontdesk but ion see any bellboy that'll greet the guest or even assist our luggage.
Plus there's a few moment where the electricity went off for at least 3 times in a short term of time. And well had a bathroom doorlockedd for no reason and my roommate getting locked for 20 min since it cannot be opened, no key inside, cant even turnin the doorknob and when I called the reception desk team they say I have to try it again to opened it MYSELF with a mere spoon.
