Value for money with excellent locality. The rooms were well used but clean. Surprisingly, the cleaners used brooms instead of the regular vacuum cleaners. The floor lifts were slow most of the time, even at non-peak hours.
The location was outstanding, being situated across the road from Plaza Tunjungan. There is an overhead bridge with aircon lifts on both sides of the crossing. The car drop-off areas are really cramped, and we must be ready when our transport arrives so that we will not impede the incoming traffic.
For whatever shortcomings of the hotel, the staff service is outstanding. They were attentive to our needs and were quick to offer any services needed. Cheerful and always ready to lend a helping hand. Thumbs up to their training department.

I am truly happy and satisfied with my stay and the graduation event held at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish. From the reception staff, housekeeping team, to the event crew—everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. They were always ready to assist with a smile and a positive attitude, which made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming.
The room I stayed in was very comfortable and clean. It had a peaceful atmosphere, the bed was soft, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and all the facilities were complete and well-maintained. There was complimentary mineral water, a clean set of toiletries, a wardrobe, and a tidy work desk. It was an ideal space to rest and relax either before or after the event.
The ballroom used for the graduation ceremony was equally impressive. It was spacious, clean, and the tables and chairs were arranged neatly. The lighting and sound system were well set up, enhancing the overall atmosphere and giving the event a sense of elegance and solemnity. The decoration was simple yet classy, and the hotel staff worked hand-in-hand with us to ensure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end.
Overall, I felt very supported and made comfortable by the hotel's service. Whether for personal stays or big events like a graduation, this hotel delivers an outstanding experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at both Swiss-Belhotel International properties in Malang and Surabaya during my recent holiday from 8th to 22nd May 25 and I must say, the experience exceeded expectations on every level.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff stood out—they were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Whether in Malang or Surabaya, the service was consistently outstanding, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.

The service is the best! Highlight of our stay. The place is compact and comfy. We slept well because of the good quality bed & pillows. Though it’s recommended to bring earbuds to cover your ears from the busy road noises. The minus side is the hygiene. The carpet isn’t very clean, the ceramic floor either, it always have slight greases on them. The shower doesn’t have a closing door so the water always spreads throughout the toilet. I personally prefer dry shower room, so it really makes me and husband uncomfortable. They don’t offer conditioner either, only soap and shampoo in dispenser. The soap is pretty good though :) It doesn’t irritate the skin even though I have a sensitive dry skin. The shampoo isn’t color safe shampoo. Even though there’s no conditioner but the shampoo might have contained conditioner. It kinda leave the hair a bit moisturized (soft). The breakfast foods are standard, though we don’t know why we keep getting upset stomach after eating breakfast from the hotel, even if we only eat the eggs. Especially the porridge, it causes stomachaches.

Had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belinn Hotel Surabaya. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is strategic, close to malls, cafes, and main roads, which made getting around the city easy.
One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service at the front desk. Mr. Fery was especially helpful and professional—he made the check-in process smooth and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. It’s always great to be greeted by someone friendly and efficient after a long trip!
The room was cozy and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and everything was spotless thanks to the attentive housekeeping team.
Breakfast was also a great experience, with a good mix of Indonesian and international dishes. The staff at the restaurant was courteous and kept everything fresh and well-stocked.

It’s our fourth time to visit and we enjoyed our stay as always.
Nice staffs, great facilities, delicious food. And we are very happy to see a lot of familiar faces, like Front Office Luwid and Farhan and stunning view from 3rd floor from main pool. And we also appreciate the Breakfast which is nice and tasty. This a great hotel in the mid of Surabaya City.
Just go back in the corner you may find an oleh oleh street called pasar Genteng.
Will definitely come back again soon.

Stayed for 4D3N, everything was very impressive. Due to train travel disruption, I booked hotel shuttle service to pick up at the station, we only paid IDR 100k and it was well worth it. We were very tired at that time, but hotel reception staff were very helpful to make check-in process quick and smooth. My request to stay on the top floor was fulfilled. Good job! But unfortunately their shower head was very dirty and made the water flow very small. Perhaps it could be cleaned regularly or replaced with a new shower head. For breakfast, I think their restaurant is not quite big and I didn't get a table on the third day of my stay. But restaurant staff were very helpful in finding a table for me. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, but it was adequate for a 3-star hotel. Impressively, they have a swimming pool with a view of Tunjungan Plaza. However, the pool is not a warm water, but the pool is quite big. It was nice to swim with the view of Surabaya city. Overall Swissbel-Inn Tunjungan is highly recommended if you will be visiting Tunjungan Plaza all day by crossing the bridge over Tunjungan street. Thank you for your excellent services!

Stayed here a while ago. Excellent facilities. Awesome location just take footbridge across the road to access Tunjungan Plaza. Also right next to the well reknown saturday night street markets. Top notch bfast in the mornings, unbelievably friendly staff. Nice pool and wellness facilities. Next time I come back to Surabaya I wish to stay here.

I can't believe this hotel is only rated three stars—it feels more like a four — or five-star experience. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the 24-hour room service is a great touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, with malls and eateries nearby.

I stayed in a Junior Suite at the Swiss-Bell Hotel in Tunjungan. The staff upgraded us from our original room, and I was very pleased with the spacious and clean accommodations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and I enjoyed the delicious and varied food options. I had a fantastic stay and want to thank the Swiss-Bell Hotel staff for their excellent service.

Good hospitality with Pak Topo, got upgraded to premier room that is very spacious and luxurious. Hotel was comfortable and sufficient for business trip. Price was reasonable with breakfast. Will recommend anyone to stay here once and a while.

A four-star hotel with an unbeatable location. It is right in front of one of the largest malls in Surabaya. Located on Tunjungan Street, which is bustling at night with cafes and street food. The hotel rooms are nice and well-maintained. Check-in is quick despite the crowds. The price is reasonable for a four-star hotel with the best location in Surabaya.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located right in front of the big shopping mall in the area.
The breakfast buffet had lots of options, but the food wasn't particularly special.
The dining area was a bit too small for all of the guests, so we had a bit of a challenge finding a seat.

We were surprised when the hotel upgraded our room to a better one, thanks to Mr. Fery F. This kind gesture made our stay so much more enjoyable. From the moment we stepped into the upgraded room, we could feel the difference. It was simply better.
The large windows offered a stunning panorama of the surroundings, and we loved spending time just gazing out. Whether it was the sunrise lighting up the sky or the city lights.
The service we received was fantastic. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. Mr. Fery F, in particular, stood out for his exceptional service.

Everything was nice and smooth. The front office staff (Mr. Ferry F. ) also very helpful, making the stay more convenient. Room is nice and tidy, the hotel is clean. The hotel is located in the city center, surroundings is nice. Overall, a pleasant stay. Thank you.

5 stars room and service. We ordered the deluxe premier room with a view and they do not disappoint. See pics as reference, we can view the busy streets from our corner room, with beautiful city lights during the night.
The hotel is very strategic, as it is at the center of Surabaya. So it's easier for me to travel to West or East Surabaya during our vacation.
