I stayed at this hotel with some friends in May, and we had such a great experience. The location is super strategic, easy to get to and close to everywhere we needed.
What really stood out to me was the service. All the staff were friendly, but I especially want to give a shoutout to Mbak Fanny. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, she was always helpful, polite, and super warm. Really made us feel welcome.
The room was clean, comfy, and surprisingly quiet even though it’s right in the middle of the city. Honestly, it just made us feel at home.
If I ever visit Surabaya again, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here. Big thanks to Hotel Santika and to Mbak Fanny, for making our stay so memorable!
Stayed at Santika Pandegiling for 2 nights. Room is standard (quite spacious and clean) but would be better to be upgraded with new furnitures and modern room design and colours. Room is not soundproof as we can hear the traffic noises.
The room is for couple but the available toiletries are only for 1 person, so we had to for additionals.
Breakfast is tasty and delicious, but limited choices. They serve same menus for 2-days stay.
Service is good and friendly. Overall, with the price offered, it is good value.

Just finished up a fantastic stay at Hotel Santika Pandegiling in Surabaya this May. I marked my experience as excellent, and it truly was. The hotel's location on Jl. Pandegiling no. 45 is quite central and convenient for getting around Surabaya.
The best part of my stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone I encountered was welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The quality of both the room and the service was top-notch. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a comfortable bed – perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast! There was a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh.
Honestly, it's hard to think of anything I'd change or improve – my stay was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. If you're looking for a great hotel experience in Surabaya, I highly recommend Hotel Santika Pandegiling!
