Location wise can be consider very strategic, near city center. Culinary local legend was all nearby. But the room was small if your luggage quite a lot. Suitable for light travel, business trip, transit.

I arrived early and requested early check in. The staff quickly check the available room and managed my request just in 10 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. The ammenities was enough. They already put hairdryer in each room. The bed was also comfortable with pillows and bolsters! They also accommodated my request to have a room in higher floor. Very nice experience. Thank youu!

Its a good hotel. Breakfast is good. New news. After living here for last 15 days they are asking me to pay for the empty dishes provided in the room for having food bought outside. Too much bad. I never had this for my entire life anywhere in the last 58 countries I visited. I am checking out tomorrow and wont be living here again. They should display this on their booking information before hand. Checking out tomorrow and will never return to any IBIS anywhere in the world.

Ibis made my business trip more comfy. As my expectation, Ibis served the best in providing high standard of hospitality. Nice and clean room. Location very strategic to local culinary district.

Very supportive staff. Clean room. 5 min walks to BuRudy restaurant where we have our breakfast everyday. 15 mins walk to tungungan plaza and Famous restaurants along the street. Ibis got their own restaurant in level two.

I think this is my 3rd times stay here (? ) and it never dissapoint me. This time, I stayed with my mom and dad. I asked for complimentary bday cake (1 day before arrival) and they immediately agreed without any hesitation. Even when I kept changing my plan because the adjustment of my sister’s arrival, they still gave the best service! The room is nice, comfortable enough to stay. Definitely will come back🥰

It's near to shopping mall. The room is comfy and the staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom is nice with hot water and good water pressure. Enjoy the night with a comfy sleep. It's clean and TV channel got some range to choose. Travel to this hotel is easy.

We stayed for two nights at ibis Tidar, and overall, it was a pretty good experience for an ibis standard. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff, including the security, front desk, and restaurant team, were all very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even better.
The rooms, bathroom, lobby, and restaurant all looked new and fresh, adding to the comfort of our stay. As a loyalty member, we were given early check-in and late check-out, which was a nice touch! We’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel room is clean and small. Towel is not white but grey with hole. No acohol and no massage service available. Smoking room in Breakfast area are very hot … at least a fan.

It was a great stay. The things that made my stay was a bit embarrassing was the room smell also the drinking water. The room smells like un-dry clothes or bedsheets, and the drinking water was like a tap water. I’m a sensitive person for drinking water so I know which one is bottled/galloon water and tap water. So please make an improvement on that.

Stay for business trip, close with my working place, the hotel barely new, the room is clean and neat, the staff very helpful and friendly, parking lot not too big but enough. Overall have good experience staying in this hotel, definitely I will staying again for next trip.

We like our stay at Ibis Surabaya Tidar, it is in perfect location for walking to restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is good even though not much options, the room very comfortable and neat, and also value for money.

I only stayed here for a night — and I didn't try any of the services including breakfast. BUT, my room was clean, and the pillows fluffy.
Probably lack of space to do prayer but I had worse. My only complaint was the water bottle — there wasn't any water gallon in sight for me to refill, so I ended up buying mineral water outside (I know I could ask for the to refill but I was too lazy to do it).
Location was quite close to Surabaya Pasar Turi, Tunjungan, and Embong Malang. I would like to stay here again for next time I visit.

Prime location, nearby to a lot of Surabaya-recommended restaurants. The room is clean however the bath towel needs to be replaced every day since it's not in its best shape (old & ragged). Small room, but can fit 2 people and 1 suitcase easily.

Small hotel but cozy and easy accessed, good location, near Tunjungan and other points in the heart of Surabaya. We spent a night in 2 rooms which are connected. 1 on parent and other for kids.
