Overall, this hotel was quite good and offered very good value for money. The general experience was pleasant, and the staff provided a high level of service.
However, the soundproofing was not very good, the breakfast selection was not especially large, and parking spaces were quite limited. Staff can help park the car, but you need to leave the car key at the front desk.
Despite these issues, I think the hotel is already very good for this price range.

Perfect location. Right in the center of Surabaya, easy to go around. So many good restos and cafes in the area.
Also, Tempat Oleh2 Bu Rudy is like 300meters walk away.
Room is great. Service also awesome. We checked in late at night, but still got a room as requested in trav*l*ka when we booked it.
Minus points:
1. The towels smell very strongly of chlorine. Asked to change a bunch of time, but still the same. They did try to mask it with some parfume at one point, which I am grateful for.
2. Need more food varieties at breakfast on different days. Different fruits maybe. Different sort of eggs.
Overall we still enjoyed our stay.
