The location is quite prime, nearby to anywhere city hotel would provide. The room is comfy and good lighting.
The lobby having some snacks, water and ice cream in affordable price — not hotel price like the others. ATM and working space are also available here. Very nice budget hotel.
Service is fast & reliable. They also can be a source of information if you need it; in terms of places to go, to eat or to find.

I enjoyed my stay here! The staff was really nice and polite. Even when you saw them in the alley, they'd greet you. On my first night, AC was leaking, but they repaired it as soon as possible. They have a restaurant and bar in the hotel, so it's perfect for staycation 🥰 Oh, the food service was excellent! I ordered some rice bowls, and they tasted delicious 😋 Would I come back? Yes.

Very nice business and holiday hotel. Clean room, useful facilities and helpful staff make this an ideal staying place. Many restaurants are around and providing delicious Indonesian foods. The night shift lady in reception is sweet and professional.

For me its still the good one for budget hotel. Good room and clean. Friendly staff. Plenty food stores nearby for you to eat. The towels are clean, look like a new one. Recommended! Trust me. What else you want with this kind of price? Keep up the good work guys!

Price equates the hotel! Had quite a good stay here, water pressure is very good, quaint room. Parking space is limited but they provide valet service.

All the staffs are polite and greeted u day n nite. Room service is excellent. Location is good.

The receptionist served us nice and warm.
The bed is really clean and no wrinkles.

Food and services are top notch. Really helping to rest us these few months to working our project while in Surabaya.

I came to this hotel to attend a personal training session organized by a training program. I expected that we would have a small meeting room, like an official room. But instead, we ended up in a bedroom. We only had a small table for two people, and everything looks messy. They havent prepare everything before we arrive. It was really unprofessional to me, especially for a hotel hosting a business meeting. Unfortunately our trainer already booked two day training program here, we had to stay but the impression is not very good.
There was also an issue with the hotel management on the second day when we couldn't get our key, and it seemed like there was a miscommunication between them. The front desk staff was not informative at all for the guests.

We came from Bali by car, arrived around 10 pm and stayed one night there because we had to pick up our kids at Pasar Turi Station around 04.30 am. The hotel is only few minutes drive to Pasar Turi station, so it was very helpful for us, we woke up and drove to station right away, no need to take shower or anything. 😁
The hotel has rooftop cafe, the food was good and reasonable price. The reception staff was nice and helpful. The hotel provide vallet parking, and the staf was also nice and very helpful. We will stay there again when we need to go to Pasar Turi station.

MaxOneHotels @ Tidar Surabaya is a solid choice! The rooms are comfy, the staff is really friendly, and the breakfast is great. All of this comes at a good price, and the location is spot on. Ideal for a convenient stay in Surabaya!

We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and there was food available. It seems to be centrally located and is reasonably close to the train station.
I would suggest that there could be reusable soap available instead of packaged soap, as well as access to refillable water stations instead of bottles to reduce waste.
So others are aware, there is limited vegetarian options available at the restaurant for evening meals.
