Great, clean, has parking lot.

The service is very bad,, not so much employee, in the lobby only stand by 1 waiter n I have order my drink at 21:00pm n my drink comes at 21:50pm,, n also I have to clear up by self my table when I have breakfast in jamoo at 09:30 n the employee not telling me when is the last minute order,, normally every hotel they will telling to the guest if the last minute order bt they not, they just clear up the food n not say anything, when I'm come back to the room after breakfast my room still not cleaning yet, I called to the service hotel they saying cz the red light in the door on n they not want to disturb the guest, bt I tell to her, the red light still off, bt my room still not cleaned yet, if I want to cleaning my room only request or what? I'm paying the 5 stars hotel bt I have bad service just like 2 stars hotel,, the employee n the guest have no communication,, they just don't care n when I'm still eating breakfast in jamoo still not done yet n the waiter give me the bill to sign,,,, normally if u are professional waiter, expecially in the 5 stars hotel, u have to wait until the guest finish to eat n then u give the bill, bt not the guest still eating n u give the billSheraton n Marriott the service more better than Shangri-laI'm order the room king-size bed n they give me rooms number 1605, looks like old fashion, sheraton n Marriott more bigger room than Shangri-la.

The employees are very friendly, and really helped me when I had trouble making a jamoo reservation.

Friendly valet service, comfortable place.

Went here with my FAMILY to actually celebrate our youngest daughter’s bday. And to our surprise, ALL the staff are so friendly and warm. You can feel their sincerity. The place is also clean and comfortable. Thank you Shangri-La for our memorable stay. We will surely come back!

It was a nice stay with lovely city view from my room and they also served a wide variety of meal selection for in-room dining. Overall, I had a good impression and would come back for another staycation!

I have stayed here many times but this was the second time I have stayed during Covid and the hotel does everything it can to make guests feel welcome and safe.

Only suggest for breakfast time,
In the morning at 8.00 — 10.00 am.
The sun light direct to customer when we breakfast in the outside.
And im feel so hot and not comfortable.
You can take some of tree.

Shangri-La Hotel is a 5-star hotel in Surabaya that is very luxurious, elegant, friendly staff, the service and facilities are really super like a sultan. Amazing.

One of the best hotel in surabaya, great facilities such as lagoon swimming pool and big tennis court, not forget great club lounge.

Good service during my stay and especially on my last day 25th Aug, the duty manager assisted me on the result slip that was accepted at the airport. She made an extra mile to contact the hospital and presented what the authority wants via email in just a few minutes.
