Today I hosted a table manners afternoon tea event at the gallery restaurant, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! a huge thanks to Ms. Novi for helping me arrange the event so smoothly. I also received a top notch service from Mr. Brams, who was attentive and professional. Chef Ferdy truly impressed us with beautifully crafted and delicious afternoon tea menu and Mr. Abe provided great support during the event to ensure everything went perfectly. The entire team went above an beyond to make the event truly memorable. The table was set up beautifully and they paid close attention to every single request, from the type of pastries to the selection of teas. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a special event or simply enjoy a refined afternoon tea. Thank you once again to the whole team! I will def come back here!

Today, I held my Table Manners Afternoon Tea event at The Gallery Restaurant, Ciputra World Hotel Surabaya, and it was absolutely amazing!
The service was truly top-notch, from the communication before the event to the moment it ended. Special thanks to Ms. Novie for helping me with the reservation and all my requests, and to Mr. Brams for his exceptional assistance, from arranging the afternoon tea menu and tea selection to beautifully setting up the table decorations and patiently accommodating every detail I asked for.
My appreciation also goes to Mr. Abe for assisting during the event and helping the attendees, and to Chef Ferdy for preparing such a delightful afternoon tea for all of us. My personal favorites were the donuts and scones, the jam was also incredible! For someone who doesn’t usually like donuts, I actually loved this one!
Thank you to the whole team for making the experience so special. I’ll definitely be back!

Enjoying this hotel so much. Love how they upgrade my room for free and it’s turned out the room is super nice. The bed is big. My daughter is super happy and wish to be back here. The staff is super helpful during my stay, especially Mr. Unggul, the guy from swimming pool. He gave very nice service.

I absolutely loved using the facilities, especially the beautiful outdoor area. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my family and my three kids. I used the sauna every day, and Mr. Unggul was very responsive, provided friendly service and really polite as well. The food was delicious, and the service was great. Overall, I had a really good experience here. The only thing is that the room cleaner often came to clean while my kids were still sleeping. But it was nice that they didn’t get upset when I declined the cleaning. The jacuzzi was great too—thumbs up!

I stayed at Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya and had a really pleasant experience. The location is amazing—right next to the mall, so everything I needed was just a few steps away.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I especially loved the Breakfast—lots of delicious choices and fresh options every day.
Definitely a great place to stay for both business and leisure. I would stay here again for sure!

Had an excellent stay here for two days. We went through all facilities including restaurants and swimming pool. The staff was great. Unggul was one who well performed when we played around at the swimming pool. Overall was great.
Definitely will come back in the future for another staycation.

Hotel Ciputra Surabaya is perfectly located, making it super convenient for both business and leisure stays. I spent six nights here and overall had a great experience.
Check-in was quick and smooth, thanks to the friendly and professional front office team. The rooms were comfortable, though they could use a bit of updating—adding smart TVs would be a nice touch.
Breakfast was definitely a highlight. There were plenty of food options, and everything I tried was delicious. I also met Erina, one of the staff during breakfast, who was so lovely and attentive—it really made the mornings even better.
All in all, it was a fantastic stay. With its great location, excellent service, and amazing breakfast, I’d happily recommend Hotel Ciputra Surabaya to anyone visiting the area.

Many thanks to Gofur 5 star for the room service — very clean and he see that I drink coffee and he give me a pad more. This is service — have a view on the customer. Breakfast very good and service to. Reception helps you in all cases — the luggage service all time a smiley and a „hello good day“

The Hotel service was perfectly 5 stars, They gave me additional drinking water just because they saw me ordering drinking water from outside, and they sensed that I really liked drinking. I had a great stay at Ciputra World Hotel Surabaya. The location is super convenient, directly connected to Ciputra World Mall, which makes shopping and dining a breeze.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city. I especially loved the rooftop infinity pool—it’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the skyline.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options for all tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
If you’re visiting Surabaya, this hotel is a fantastic choice for both comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

Best experience to stay here. I was enjoyed of service in here. The staff friendly and also helpful, the breafast has many varians and so delicious especially with rawon the taste is really good. The facilities here complete, I like to enjoyed in the swimmig pool because they have a pretty view of Surabaya.
