Excellent Stay at Swiss-Belinn Malang!
I had a wonderful experience staying at Swiss-Belinn Malang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the breakfast — so many delicious options and great coffee! The location is also perfect, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both business and leisure. Highly recommended!

All the staff its so kind and friendly. And they always help all the guest. On the weekend there is a event from 6 pm to 10 pm at the lobby. They sell indonesian menu, and the best pasrt its while we can enjoy our food. They have a live music also. And beside the hotel there is 2 mall. Its Transmart and Malang town square.

I had a pleasant stay at Swiss-Belinn Malang. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit outdated in some areas. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a busy day. For the price, it offers good value, especially if you prioritize convenience and friendly service.

I have to give a 5 star review, especially to the staffs, after having my third stay here.
Staffs are excellent: receptionist, restaurant staffs, even security are doing great, especially HOUSEKEEPER and BELLBOY are THE BEST!
Breakfast menus and service are definitely satisfying.
One thing I always wonder is: is it allowed to smoke in the hotel rooms? Because I saw some guests are smoking and they open their doors whilst doing so. Even my room smelt a bit like smoke when I first enter. If it is allowed, maybe the hotel should facilitate only one floor for this. But if not, then the rules and application must be stricter.
I still hope to be able to stay here in my next vacation.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on business, and the hotel was selected / booked by the firm. It was a busy place with a high turnover of mainly tourists. Rooms aren't the most fabulous, but they are spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water and good internet. Bed comfortable, breakfast good if you want to try Indonesian cuisine, less so for international. Staff very courteous. Location good. Overall a great option for a short stay.

Best place to stayed over the bussiness trip and got recomend to this hotel by my friends at Jakarta and he introduce me to Mr Sugeng that also work at this hotel. And he help to guide me for a few good foods at malang … good job👍🏻 Pak Sugeng.

Great hotel, next to transmart and brawijaya university.
Fast check in check out, the staff were very helping, shout out to Ms. Grei at the Front Desk, fast registration upon check in even tho we came before check in time, and she allowed us to keep our bag at reception 'cause we need to go to Batu to had some breakfast.

Room is pretty basic. There is a smell and everything is just old. Loud music every evening from the front of the hotel. My bedside lamp went off by itself… the only saving grace is the 2 malls right beside.

Awful experience with this hotel, avoid if you are a foreign traveller. Turned up to a wedding of 500 people, many who were swarming the swimming pool (which is completely shaded with only 6 sunbeds). We felt to uncomfortable being in swimwear being surrounded by an Islamic wedding (out of cultural respect for them and being stared at). So we asked if there were any other events during our stay, which there was the next day for another 100 people next to the pool. We explained the whole point of our stay was to relax by the pool so we asked if we could get a refund for the next 2 nights so that we could book elsewhere, But the staff said they could not do this, so we had use our booking agency Agoda to argue for a refund on our behalf. When we went back to our room we found ants crawling over our beds from a crack in the wall (one of which had strange yellow stains), so we asked the lady on reception for someone to come and spray ant repellent. After almost 2 hours we went back down to complain that no one had come to fix the ant issue. When we came back by 9pm the ant issue had been reduced but they were still crawling on the wall next to the bed. Despite all our issues we never recieved any form of complimentary drink or discount for our awful day/evening and to make issues worse our room was by the elevator so we heard it moving/stopping all morning and evening. Avoid this place if you want to relax!
