One of the biggest chain hotels in the world. In Malang, the room is not that big. I ordered a twin bed room and the mattress's not that soft. The toilet space is pretty narrow. It was quite difficult for me to move freely. They provided more than 4 cloth hangers, cool move. The breakfast menu was not as complete as I thought, but it still tasted nice. The hotel also has good swimming pool and gym. The hospitality is very good.

Very nice place and people. Did not expect to get that much service from a hotel like this. The food is really good, a fusion of modern and traditional cuisine. Nice room as well as swimming pool. Great job.

Hotel yang strategis di area kampus apalagi bersebelahan dengan matos dan rencana akan dibangun transmart. Resto nya all you can eat… cukup memuaskan. Banyak menu yang disajikan, hanya saja mungkin tempat makannya kurang luas. Pada saat ngumpul banyak seperti pas buka bersama kemarin terlihat susah nyari tempat duduk. Semoga kedepan semakin nyaman lagi. terimakasih.

Waktu itu nginep yg harganya sekitar 500rb tapi roomnya sempit. Enaknya disini deket kemana2nya. Locationnya juara buat yg mau stay di malang. Karna ke batu juga ga terlalu jauh, ke bromo udah tinggal lanjutin perjalanan. Makanannya so so. Tapi fav breakfastku adalah waffle dikasih coklat.

Spacy for business travelers. Room is clean, neat and tidy. Prime location in city center. Quite classy style and affordable price. The room service was prompt and service was courteous.

I'd say it's a fine and a nice hotel not the luxury one but not budget either. Suitable for business trip but they also have kids pool if you are stay with your family. Food, service, room, and everything else are excellent. Valuable yet fantastic stay experiences.

Best hotel in town. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Restaurant and music entertainment were great. Small yet comfortable room. Valuable for money, we pay for 3 star hotel but get 4 star hotel services and facilities.

The hotel located near the biggest mall in Malang (MATOS), easily access from main road. Good hotel if we have business at Brawijaya university or Malang University. There is a lot of street food near the hotel, but Hotel also provides restaurant with reasonable price. The room smell good and fresh every time we enter the room. I stay for 3 nights and the housekeeper maintain the cleanliness of the room everyday and always replace the wet towels with the new one.

Clean room, good service and delicious food. Restaurant provides a lot of food variety. Location near the mall and some famous university, valuable for money. The staff very polite and helpful, they greet each guest with warm smile.

Swiss Belinn is an international hotel which is located in Malang City, East Java, Indonesia. I was there for 2 days. It was very nice and comfortable. I really enjoy swimming there and thats the best. In the evening until 10.00 pm, there is a band singing a song and you can request a song or you can sing by yourself. The food in there was very delicious too.

4/5 stay of three days, the surrounding environment living facilities Very good, staff very polite and kind, Breakfast very good, room is acceptable. The only drawback is the outdoor pool management, every day I to swimming in the pool will see some wear casual shorts to its people, and even underwear water with photos to counter 4/7.15：30 on duty miss to see. Known as the International Hotel, should be in the rest of the facilities management on the strengthen!

I love the breakfast. The best of it is the jamu (traditional herbal drink).

I came here once for attending a seminar. The interior was great for a 3-star hotel. Spacious lobby. The ballroom located near the swimming pool and breakfast area, so the coffee break session was great. They also provide us with delicious snacks and drinks. Hopefully I can be here again later for a staycation :)

I've stayed here a few times now, and every visit has been great! The spa, gym and swimmingpool was excellent, great buffet breakfast and helpful staff.

The room was too small, matrase very hard and pilllow too. AC didn't do well make alot of noise also the exhouse from the bathroom extreemly noise. Wifi on/off every hours, was terrible.
Too much space for entertaint but the room is quiet small.
But over all the staff they were very kindly and helpfull. Location is good.

Karpet kamarnya paaaliing suka, sangat empuk cocok buat tiduran dan leyeh-leyeh. Sarapannya paling suka, serealnya enak, susunya juga tidak eneg. Paling suka juga bagian gymnastic room, suka sama sepedanya unik tapi besar sih ukurannya. Banyak bule jadi berasa keluar kota banget haha. Mungkin jajanan tradisionalnya di upgrade ya, tastenya kurang cocok, varianya banyak banget. Ada rujak ada bubur ada soto bahkan. Imbang lah porsi menu western sama lokal. Trus yang paling seru lagi, menjelang tengah malam ada live acoustic di park depan. Itu tuh super romantis. Berdekatan sama kolam ikan jadi apa ya berasa pribadi aja. Agak kurang proporsional sih karena keterbatasan lahan ya, jadi lokasi live musicnya pas didepan parking lobi kenderaan lewat keluar dan masuk. Its okay, semoga ada upgrade ya dari pihak hotel.

Small room but with adequate amenities. I don't like the shower that covered only by curtain which cause the water to spill everywhere. Quite big size pool on the 2nd floor next to the cafè. Friendly staffs. Close approximate to major universities.

Comfy place. Easy to access. Near mall, school, and university. And there is a lot of food street in front of hotel. Breakfast are good with much variation. Staff service very kind and fast respond enough. but they only give you 1 smart key to access lift and turn on your room electricity, so if one of you go outside and one again inside the room, you always must ask the staff to give you lift access. They provide extra bed, but I think the room is quite small to add 1 extra bed, but it still enough.

One thing that I love is the location. So near to the malang town square (Matos). Btw the AC in the room is not that cool. The room is small too. But the various breakfast always delicious I found that in every swissbelinn in java island.

3mins walking ditance to a collection of shops and 5 mins walk to city mall. The suite has a small eating and dishwashing area. And connected to a standard room next to it. Beneficial if staying with parents or kids.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, wee were a group of 12, no problems with any rooms. Room service was quicker than expected, although we only ordered drinks. Staff are very nice. Ran low on beers, but we did drink alot. Taxi rank outside and shopping centre next door. I would recommend you to stay.

It's near a mall, cafes and restaurants, and even it's surrounded by reputable universities. Easy to access. Who doesn't such a practicality?

We loved this hotel, service was fantastic and lovely. The staff always wanted to help and assisted all the time. Lovely young lady called Ical and Jasmine were always there. All in all great experience thanks.

Location behind the shopping mall, clean and good service, good Wi-Fi signal, swimming pool, the rooms are little small : (bus shuttle and Taxi at standby, great value for money.

Professional hotel. Staff is trained and know the meaning of hospitality! Breakfast is just great, so much choice you could have breakfast, lunch and dinner from it and you wont eat a dish twice! Clean rooms, nice location near the center and a mall on walking distance. We will go back in the future!
