Don't ever go there! After this stay we had bed bugs. When we told them they werent even surprised. They just said "oh sorry" and thats it. We are still trying to get them off of our backpacks! They never really were helpful. They just sprayed the mattress a bit, but if there are bed bugs you need to do much more, which they didn't as we saw.
And the rooms are really really dirty, it seemed like they haven't cleaned the room for months!

Positive things first: the 2 men (employees) at the reception are really friendly & helpful. So the service was good! Also the bed was comfortable & the room (we booked the suite) was spacious.
The location is ok — there is a shopping Center nearby with a food court & supermarkets. Also a laundry is next to the Hotel. Unfortunately everything else was really bad. It started at the check-in with a long discussion about our room category we booked with Booking. After 1, 5 hours & different calls with the manager & customer service we finally got the room we paid for (Suite). The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. We felt not really comfortable in this room. In addition there are a few mosques nearby so it was noisy (also in the night). The equipment in the room is also not enough — there was no toilet paper, hairdryer, …). The toilet & the towels had a bad smell — also the pillows & blanket were moldy.
We travel since more than 5 months through Southeast Asia and normally we are not picky & also used to the hygienic standard here. We slept in hostels & budget hotels — but this was one of the worst experiences.
