Recommended place for comfort and convenience if you wish to visit JATIM PARK 1.
They take away all the looks and focus all on the comfortness. While it may look mot pleasant from the outside, try stay for a night (which is what I did). Very spacious, got AC, Hot water, room service, breakfast, laundry, etc.
Water took a while to heat up, no toothbrush, but other than that all looks complete and great.
Affordable room service and even laundry.

This hotel is huge! For a moment I checked my map to ensure that I’m at the correct location. The hotel is at a peaceful part of the city. The check-in process was easy. Room was big in size, comfortable bed, all toiletries were present, nice hot shower, and an AC too. Couldn’t ask for more! There is a cafe and restaurant near the lobby for some quiet coffee time. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Cons:
1. No hot water in the room — had to shower with freezing cold water like some wilderness survival show.
2. Toilet can’t flush properly — need to pray after every use that it goes down.
3. TV provided… but utterly useless because they gave a 3-pin plug, but the room only has 2-pin sockets. No adaptor. Pure genius.
4. Requested iron and iron board — they sent only an iron. Told me proudly, “We don’t provide iron boards. ” To make it worse, the iron turned to max heat can barely warm up… couldn’t even press thin pants, forget thick ones.
5. Breakfast? Better skip it. Bland fried rice, fried chicken drowning in butter and chewy like rubber, chicken soup with glass noodles that tasted like disappointment. Thankfully the tea and coffee were strong enough to help me swallow the misery.
PROS:
None.
But hey, it’s a cheap hotel expectations were low, but please, at least have some basic pride. You’re representing Indonesia don’t embarrass your own hospitality standards.
