Located in Malang, this place offers good hospitality. Basically, it is such a nice place to stay for a family vacation (an as an addition) within cheap (enough) price. The hotel looks modern outside, but not so modern or sophisticated inside. The room is comfortable and clean, fulfill with a complete amenities in every room. For the facilities, they have a gym, swimming pool and also offering hotel spa. The spa is not so good, but I could actually say it is relaxing. The gym is not so big but the there so many equipment that guest might use. For the breakfast and dinner, they served many foods. Not all the taste is great, but I think most people will enjoy it.

If you are searching for a place to stay in Malang, either for business or leisure, or the accommodation in Batu are all occupied, I would recommend this place. It's cheap and equipped with great hospitality and service. Rooms are huge and clean. This place worths every cent you have in your pocket as it offers more than what you spend. Total Worth! Have a nice stay!

Beberapa kali makan disini, entah buber, lunch ato dinner. Makanan enak, cukup bervariasi, dan di isi ulan terus. Jd ga takut kehabisan hehehe. Mushola ada 2 which is good apalagi kao rame, toilet bersih, parkir nyaman.

The room is quite big and clean. The hotel is modern and relatively new. Too bad, the management is not so professional with less than good service attitude and bad communication to the guests.

Comfortable room. Good food. Friendly staff, but what make it 4 stars instead of 5 is that one staff who was not friendly and did not meet my requests.

Atria is a popular hotel in malang. Placed not far from public transportation station, this hotel is a good option to stay if we come to this city. The food served here are tasty enough and have various menu. Wifi facility can be reach the whole area of the hotel.

Hotel is very nice and lovely. Breakfast is superb with lots of local dish selection. Western style also amazing taste. My family are very happy to say here. Love it.

Nice and comfortable, great location! I stayed a week here for a residential workshop and this place offered a homey nuance. Though located in a busy street, it has been successfully keep the noise away. Some of the lowlights were the inconsistentcy of the housekeeping, there were days when I didn't get any towel in my room, and repeated the next day, despite of complaint that made before. I also rented the function in the ground floor, though offering an out of the box ambience for a workshop, the staff who should work there accompanying us were less helpful.

Hotel *4, fasilitas swimming pool, gym, basement parking, parking utk disabilitas, resto, bar n kantin, ruang lobby luas, ballroom megah. All in good condition and best quality in town.

Nice and comfortable hotel in Malang with affordable price, Good and clean Room, and huge variance of Breakfast. For you that love strong coffee in the morning, you might made your coffee at Coffee maker! Worth to stay here.

Hotel ga besar besar banget, tapi design hotel, interior hotel, semua pekerja di hotel nya sangat diperhatikan detailnya, sehingga sangat terlihat classy dan banyak sekali unsur-unsur batik di dalam hotel ini untuk menyimbolkan Indonesia, foto yang saya ambil ini di sekitar ballroom lantai 2 hotel ini. Untuk masalah kamar nya saya belum tahu karena belun pernah menginap disini. ✌

No bathroom fan operating. Enjoyed having door for adjoining rooms. Breakfast buffet foods weren't all that great.

Cozy place for weekend :) Great facilities. The room is great. The traffic was crowded enough. Especially in the weekend. So I prefer to stay in the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 days on August. Bit inconvenient for the living experience. The problems came from the building structure. By the time trucks and buses were passing in front of the hotel, the hotel vibrated and was so pronounced.

I could have been better, the hotel is fine but the service in restaurant area somehow have a problems. Very slow service. Have to get myself up to the cashier to order my drinks/meals. The room is just fine but the water pressure isnt too good that night.

This hotel have a great design and provides many functional meeting room and ballroom to held meeting, workshop, seminar, and party. But I think the there was a little convenience that you must go upstair using stair.

Maybe this a fourth time here and I always love the kind services and a good pleasure room. I got complimentary at room and this morning I got the warm letter from management. So much various food for breakfast. I can order espresso (free). I love caffeine, and this hotel give me good service for making coffee and delivery to my table. So, Atria deserve got a certificate from tripadisor.

Nice and cozy room, but no carpet, the floor is freezing cold and has some glue-like stain in some spots. The lift has a weird cracking sounds. Average breakfast, standard amenities. About 10-15mins ride to the city center.

One of the best hotel in the center Malang City. Friendly receptionist and fast response for room service. The laundry also good. Food also good for breakfast. There's mini market near the hotel. Also easy to go to The famous Bakso President. I love the hotel.

For those traveling by plane, the hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport. It's located in the business area. The service is excellent started from the moment you step in. Hotel has swimming pools, spa, and gym.

The room is comfortable and big enough. Breakfast also delicious. Too bad this hotel doesn't have a good outdoor area. Pool area is just ordinary.

Hospitality, is their business. I've stayed in this hotel several time since 2015 and their services is splendid. Good breakfast, room services, cleaning services. I think you should improve your taxi services. Once I waited for almost an hour for a taxi, thankfully I can still catch my flight. Keep up the good work.

Atria Hotel is at the city of Malang, its near to the train station, easy to get transportation and easy to get great food arounds. It has clean toilet (its important right? :) ) nice service, and you might need to booked it 1 week before.

Comfort hotel, fantastic restaurant combined with delicious food, near mosque, you can go to 'pusat oleh-oleh/gift shop' Wicaksono only at walking distance.
