We visited the Atria Hotel on a weekday. Check-in was quick, and we were given a welcome drink. The hallway inside the room still smelled of paint, and there was a lot of ongoing renovation work, especially in the hallways where workers were milling around. Although the room's interior was new, attention to guest comfort was lacking. There was no luggage storage in the room, and no towel drying area in the bathroom.

Building works underway 08:00am-06:00pm meaning noise and curtains closed.
No assistance for lack of hot water on arrival in hotel room in the evening.
No communication that all facilities including swimming pool would be closed when there was no mention of this at time of booking.
No alternative suggested for access to other facilities nearby when a swimming pool was important.
No help when needing to rearrange to another hotel.
Created a disruption in our holiday.

I stayed for one night in the Premier King Room. The hotel lobby is spacious and elegant, creating a good first impression. However, the arrival experience felt a little underwhelming for a four-star hotel. There was no bellboy or security staff assisting guests with luggage or opening the entrance door, and the only staff I encountered were at the reception desk.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy sofa and a nice swimming pool view. However, the interior felt rather plain, with very minimal decoration.
Breakfast was decent—not particularly memorable, but there was nothing disappointing about it either. Overall, the hotel offers comfortable accommodation, although I expected a warmer level of hospitality considering its rating.
