The ambience of the room makes me wanna sleep and rest well. The separate bathroom and toilet makes more comfortable for 2 person take turns in. The food is nice, seasoning is enough for me. Eventhough the parking lot is small, but the duty staff always standby, so it's easy to go in and out. Plus the warm water pool, I loved it. Always become my fav pool to go even I'm not staying.
It seems that little maintenance was made here since the place opened. There were stains on pretty much everything from linen to chairs all the way to the carpet and the towels smelled a bit moldy too. This hotel mostly caters at Indonesian tourists, which becomes clear at breakfast with little to no western choices. The staff was quite nice though, really trying their best to please us (offering donuts, cheese and sausages). Luckily, we don’t mind soto ayam for breakfast:) The pool is a nice addition for the kids too.

This hotel was great for our two night stay in Malang. Felt very safe.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Our room was on the smaller side but still room to walk around. Carpeted flooring in the room. Bed was on the harder side but wasn’t too uncomfortable. A/C in the room.

Shower and toilet separate. All towels provided. The bathroom areas could do with some modernizing felt a bit old.
Unfortunately fridge didn’t get cold.
Location is on the outside of Malang so a bit more peaceful. Easy to get a grab into the center for cheap. ATM across the road and an Indomart.
Breakfast had lots of options and good dinning hall. Felt very clean and safe to eat.
