Arriving on Saturday evening and warmly greeted by Mba Amanda at the front office.
Arrived before check in hour (30 mins before) and she assisted us to do the administration while waiting the room to get cleaned. Also served by a warm drink which is surprisingly relaxing for me and my husband. At 13.45 the room is ready and we went to the room and the we love the room. Spacious, clean, and cozy.
During breakfast, had a little convo with her and mba Amanda warmly recommend us places to visit before leaving Malang.
Good job Santika, and kuddos to Mba Amanda.

I had a very satisfying stay at Santika Premiere and truly had a blast staying in with my family. The food was good, and the cake at the café was also very delicious. It was even better that the cakes were on sale after 5 pm—such a great deal!
We really enjoyed the service throughout our stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel comfortable at all times. Service and hospitality at Santika Hotel are always consistently good, and this stay was no exception. Highly recommended for a pleasant and family-friendly stay.

The Saturday buffet dinner event at Hotel Santika Premier Malang was a fantastic experience, greatly enhanced by the exceptional service from Rifqi, Raga, Saras and their team.
Their hospitality was sincere and professional. The team was incredibly responsive, friendly, and well-coordinated, ensuring all guests felt attentively cared for in a warm atmosphere.
Rifqi’s leadership was evident in the seamless and efficient service. This team is a true asset to the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone planning a staycation and wonderful dinner in Malang.
