It's a cat hotel with grand entrance, staff were very efficient and friendly, Citra helped me a lot, lively and warm.
Room, least desirable, very basic and designed to budget style. But clean, neat and tidy.
Book the terraces, it's better.
Breakfast very good with varieties and some food changes everyday.
Stayed for 3 nights, it's fun and exciting.

Beautiful lobby, grand entrance. Friendly and attentive staff, especially Citra, detailed and listen very well. Help to get things done very well.
Breakfast well spread with some menu changed daily. Wait staff attentive, courteous and pleasant personality.
Downside room are totally budget hotel design, could have done more.
Happy to book the room with balcony, garden and pool facing.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with amazing architecture that feels like being taken back to the Dutch era, yet still modern and super aesthetic. ✨ We also got 2 welcome drinks, and there’s a kids’ playroom with lots of toys and dolls, fully air-conditioned and super clean. The staff were very warm and helpful, especially when we requested a special decoration for our baby’s first trip. Thank you Harris Malang for the excellent service and hospitality! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was memorable stay at HARRIS malang, my first time stay at suite room, the room was comfortable with the complete facilities such as bathub and Coffee machine. The view from my room very amazing facing to the mountain and swimming pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food tasted good and varied. Gonna stay back here for sure! 💯

I stayed at Harris Hotel Riverside Malang and initially faced a frustrating 1.5-hour wait during check-in. However, I want to commend the Duty Manager, Mr. Satria, and his team for their calm and attentive service. They went above and beyond by offering a free room upgrade as compensation, which truly made my stay much more pleasant. Many thanks to Mr. Satria and the team for their excellent service. Highly recommended!

Super hotel.
The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. You get 5 pillows which is a bonus. The shower is hot and the pressure is good.
They have 3 different swimming pools. One is at least 30 metres long so you can do lengths.
Also equipped with a gym not the best quality equipment but it will do for a pump.
I would definitely stay here again.

If you looking for a lodging for family vacation in Malang, Harris Hotel and Conventions Malang is the best option. The hotel's location inside the housing complex Riverside, very convenient for elderly people and/or kids. The hotel served standard breakfast menu combined with international and local foods. The hotel provided decent price for additional breakfast including special price for kids. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
Improvement for hotel:
1. Do not allow adults and kids from the pool to enter dining area/restaurant to avoid slipery. Put a sign whenever possible.
2. Innovation on breakfast menu. Do not present the "boring" breakfast menu, every day must be different and should be matched. Avoid overcooked on vegetables.
3. Cleanliness. Quick response on the cleanliess, especially foods, drinks or garbage on the floor. Do not wait until the guest ask you to clean up.

Hey, I love this place honestly, the rooms and vibes are great, but some people in your front office truly don't understand basic manners and ethics. I was truly embarrassed with my other guest when one of your OWN employee (she had long red hair) blatantly walked in front of and between us while we were talking. She did that not just once, but three times (! ), and she just kept on walking like nothing really happened. Please, I know that hotels business are really busy these days, but to interrupt guest like that and just act like nothing happened? It was truly a stain on our rather great experience. Please evaluate your front office employees behavior.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. This hotel is a best choice. Friendly staff and well facilities. The spa and massage is a must try in this hotel. They provide good services and good massage skills.

A must experience. Harris hotel has been my comfy place for a hotel because its strategic location. It's deep inside a large greenery which has a tons of high quality fresh air. Suitable for you that has work in big city. Overall, superb!

Actually the room and staff are good.
It's just that when there is a power outage, the back up power generator doesn't turn on for more than 1 hour.
For Hotel Management, please pay attention to the maintenance of equipment for force majeure. It's a bit scary to imagine a more emergency situation, it seems like the team needs to be trained again and the equipment needs to be maintained better.

First time in Malang and Harris is the first choice. Room is comfortable, the service is wonderful. Kids pool and main pool is huge. We love it. Breakfast are plenty to choose and all delicious.
One thing that we don’t like is the location. It is quite far from the main road and very small number of convinient store available around the hotel. But we can still order an online taxi anyway.
All in all, if you plan to visit Malang with your friends and family, Harris will be one of the best choice.

Harris malang. It's a pleasure to stay here. Such a wonderful place. The food is great, the pool, kids lounge, and service is extravaganza. Definition of kids friendly hotel. They also provide bicycle for strolling around hotek area. Can't wait to stay here again in another agenda.

I recently visited this hotel for a wedding party and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has a beautiful, green, and clean atmosphere with cool, refreshing air typical of Malang. The parking area is spacious, and the lobby is modern and impressive.
There are two coffee shops: one for breakfast and another lounge where you can also order coffee. I enjoyed a reasonably priced Americano for just 50, 000 IDR. The restaurant features a bar and dining tables, with a lovely view of the expansive garden.
Highly recommended!

I am here from two weeks and it's all wonderful, I congratulate all the people who work there, one by one, for their excellent work, seriousness, professionalism, friendliness and sympathy. The room is always clean and tidy, bar and restaurant offer drinks and food of the highest quality, the waiters are always very helpful. Special thanks to Maskur, a very good guy who had to support me and put up with me in my stay. If you are looking for a great hotel near Malang, this is your choice. 👏👏👏👏👏
