I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Capital Hotel Surabaya during a business trip, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
The hospitality extended by the team was truly outstanding. In particular, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Mr. Wira from Housekeeping, who consistently prepared creative and thoughtful towel arrangements in my room. These gestures added a personal and welcoming touch that greatly enhanced my stay.
The hotel offers an excellent dining experience, with delicious food selections that are both well-prepared and satisfying. Its convenient location, only around 30 minutes from the airport, also makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Overall, The Capital Hotel Surabaya delivered beyond expectations in terms of comfort, service quality, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly choose it again for future visits to Surabaya.

The view is great and the service are good as well, especially for Mba Debby. The breakfast is pretty delicious. There are some traditional foods if you wanna try some Indonesian foods. However, there is an issue for the shower, somehow the water is not falling down, it makes me hard to take a wudhu. But overall, I am satisfied with the service of this hotel.
