I had an amazing time with my wife at the hotel, the overall svc by all staff are super professional and they make sure we had a enjoyable time here. Vicky help us as well. My trip from Singapore 🇸🇬 to here are not wasted. Will come back again for more fun.

I love everything about this hotel! The only sad thing is we only have 1 night to explore this spacious hotel. The staff are all very friendly (sorry can't remember each of the staff names. ) The room is extra extra spacious, me and my kid play tag in this room the whole night 🤣 I will have to get back here someday 🙂

Staying in this hotel highly recommended. Everything almost perfect.

A sprawling sanctuary just a 2-hour drive from Surabaya. I stayed in January 2025 in one of their newer hotel room. Large space and plenty of room to move around inside. The only downsides were that waterproofing did not seem to work properly, causing water to splash outside the bathroom, and the lack of natural light (see photo) as the room faces inward. Had I known this earlier, I'd have requested a room with a view, which also has its own private balcony.
Perfect hospitality from friendly staff members since check-in. They even let us survey the largest villa as we had plans to conduct a large event.
Good food and beverage options for breakfast. I'd say the in-room dining was not exactly the best, but it was linear with the pricing.
Since it is quite a large compound, they provided an on-demand shuttle service between the villas/hotel rooms and the restaurant. Plenty of outdoor activities you can do here. They have a sports hall and two public pools, one at the back and another next to the restaurant. I myself had a morning jog around the area.

The Sport Center at Jambuluwuk Hotel in Batu presents itself as an attractive facility with its accessible pricing, diverse court offerings, and fully indoor setting, catering to both casual and serious athletes. However, while its infrastructure is commendable, the administration’s blatant negligence in enforcing basic standards of safety and decorum significantly undermines its suitability for families and individuals who value a secure and respectful environment.
Despite the presence of no-smoking signs, the hotel appears to completely disregard their own regulations, allowing smokers to freely pollute the air. This not only contradicts the establishment’s supposed policies but also forcibly subjects non-smokers—including children—to harmful secondhand smoke exposure. The fact that the management tolerates such behavior is not just an oversight, but an egregious failure to uphold basic public health responsibilities.
Moreover, the lack of designated changing areas or enforcement of proper conduct results in an unsettling environment where grown men unabashedly strip down in common areas, reducing the facility’s sense of safety and comfort. This is particularly troubling for families, as it creates an inappropriate and potentially distressing atmosphere for women and children. Such blatant disregard for basic decency is indicative of a severe lapse in management oversight.

Our family book 3 deluxe rooms instead of Villa and we are given rooms side by side to each other for convenience. Each room is huge with comfortable bed and basic amenities. Separate shower and toilet inside the room.
Hot water for shower and no complaint for Wi-Fi.
Due to the nature of the location do be aware that you have a lot of insects / mosquitoes (you need mosquito repellent). We also had a kind of small scorpion in the shower area! To be careful especially if you have kids.
They provide shuttle at all time to bring the guests from room/ villa area to club house or reception since the area quite hilly and huge.
Service was good, very polite and prompt and hotel staff including security will greet us with big smile on their faces.
Breakfast spread are lavish… a lot of food to choose from with touch of indonesian flavor but they need to upgrade their coffee machine (always run out of water and we have to wait for the waiter to refill) and there are many flies on the table of the restaurant, need to provide the fly catcher machine or improve the cleanliness of the table.

The hospitality was extremely nice.
The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere with modern amenities. Guests frequently praise the warm and professional staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
The bedroom is very comfort and silence. It's very good for relax and to release our tired after whole day got a business trip.
Nice hotel for family or business trip, all of foods are delicious, it’s recommended hotel in Batu.

A 5 star resort located in Batu and named their rooms as islands of Indonesia's big cities and our villa was named Jayapura. The villa has 3 bedrooms with each bathroom inside, a balcony, a living room with TV, a kitchen with cooking utilities. The resort also has 2 swimming pools. Overall our stay was nice except that in one morning there were so many outside guests that filled the entire restaurant that we could not enjoy our breakfast. The resort did not accommodate the guests well, something that could be improved in the future.
