Amazing hotel located in the heart of Malang. Try to find a rate that includes breakfast as their set menus are out of this world. Dinner is also delicious. Very comfortable rooms and amenities. The staff is attentive and worthy of the five star rating. Highly recommended and my definitive choice when I return to Malang.

Good food, excellent atmosphere, very relaxed ambience. Must go there and also see the history of that hotel, linking it centuries ago. Good museum too. You can get vegetarian food in good variety.

Hotel with a full traditional heritage design. Real Java feel will take you a few decades or maybe centuries back in time. Many presentation of food and beverage or other is using an organic materials, such as leaves for the name of the food or real fragrance of real Jasmine flower on your table and bed. Very artistic and rich of culture hotel.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay in this stunning hotel! Our room was extremely quiet even with open windows, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff, and overall high quality of the experience. I would definitely recommend it! We will be back!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Very unique and interesting ambiance. Local food at the restaurant was outstanding. Pool is a bit small and very small fitness center.

This is quite possibly the best hotel I've ever experienced. The staff are friendly and remember us by name and engage with us like friends, the food is good, and the rooms are unique and comfortable. If I return to Malang, there is no question that I will stay at Tugu hotel again.

Upon checkin we received a drink an during the day a 15-minute massage. The tea and cakes during teatime were wonderful! The antiques tour is quite interesting. The food at the restaurant is also exquisite! Room was perfect! Service was also very good, we had some problems upon check-in, but everything was resolved very professionaly! Thank you!

Hotel before our stage to mount Bromo, this is a very nice hotel, but too big for our taste…
$ 100 in a Deluxe Room, it was not the typical character of the Indonesia.
The restaurant is very good, the room comfortable, but the surroundings of the hotel are quite loud.
But well, had to stop somewhere between Yogyakarta and mount Bromo…
In short, the hotel itself is really not bad, but for Indonesia, we could have had better…

Karena dari awal diceritain seram, makanya cukup menegangkan ketika kunjungan kesana. Hehe. Ada banyak lukisan dan patung. Mungkin kalau bagi turis, ini hotel sangat eksotis. Toiletnya ga nyaman. Wifinya lumayan kencang. Untuk makanan cukup lezat sih. Ruang seminarnya bagus, mantap untuk rakor.
