Booked this hotel in a rush cuz me and my family were having a spontaneous trip to surabaya. The staff was so nice and helped us to open the door! always love the small talk. The lobby is clean, not to mention the lift and hallway. The room is super spacious! I can even tumbled if I want too hahaha.
Stayed for a night for a short visit, and the service was top notch! though we didn't fully aware that we have to request the fo for some towels since we booked a deluxe suite hehe, but for the overall service, it was all great! the staff was super nice and helpful.

Old hotel and the lobby very small, during high season very full no place to wait and sit. Room design oldiest having microwave but the room too gloomy. Part af the wall fall down twice and hit me and my son. Luckyly we are not get hurt for me but its really hard hit ny son head. The staff not help ao much in this situation. Even the dusty still on the floor until the next day.
