Its value for money. With affordable rate you will get clean and considered spacious room, great service from all — security, reception, room service.
Buffet breakfast, breads, eggs, indonesian menu. Jamu (indonesian traditional herbal drinks).

I always enjoy staying at Batiqa Hotel, and this was my first time at the Darmokali Surabaya location. It was still a pleasant and comfortable stay.
There were just a few small things: the bathroom drain in my room was a bit slow, so the water pooled, and the toiletries were quite simple. I’m also not too comfortable with refillable drinking water because of hygiene reasons.
Breakfast was nice, and I love that Batiqa always serves their signature jamu. Though the salad could’ve been fresher, and the chicken porridge and chicken noodle broth were a bit cold and the open kitchen in the air-conditioned dining area causes clothes to absorb cooking aromas when leaving the dining room.
Huge thanks to Mbak Fira—she was really friendly and helpful during breakfast, and it made the morning feel even nicer.
