The hotel's value for money is excellent, offering a high-level accommodation experience at an affordable price. Furthermore, the architectural design of the hotel is impressive, with a layout that combines elegance and functionality in an exceptional way.
The rooms, spacious and well distributed with their 32 square meters, meet all our needs and more. We felt like we were in an oasis of peace in the middle of the scary and chaotic bustle of Surabaya.

Old hotel with poor quality and maintenance. Check in very slow with un-professional staff that easily seen on how they treated the guest. Hotel lobby is no AC, so you can imagine the condition. Going to the room there were some leakage here & there and it was very dirty. Room is in poor condition, smelly, dirty with some mosquitos and cockroach accompany you. Bed linen and bath towel like 50 years old linen with thin, grey color and some spot on it.
There is no breakfast buffet, you have only 4 poor a la carte menu with no taste, even restaurant menu just like street food with expensive price.
Public toilet were wet and dirty, on the evening the building was like haunted house as the hotel is very dark and no guest around…. Spooky.
Tried to meet with the manager, so I asked the staff but this poor old Chinese guy just like confused and refused to meet the guest.
Overall this is not a hotel that you expect, it’s like an old poor building museum.
Will not coming back and NOT RECOMMENDED to stay on this hotel, you just loosing money there and waste your time.
