Swiss-Belinn Manyar

This has been one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. For two days and two nights, I haven’t been able to sleep because of constant noise — loud footsteps, banging, and thumping from the room above. It starts around 10 PM and goes on until morning. It feels like someone is stomping and jumping non-stop.
For the price I’m paying, this is unacceptable. A hotel should provide a place to rest — not a place where you count down the hours until sunrise because you can’t sleep.
I’m extremely disappointed and exhausted. I really hope the management takes this situation seriously, because right now, this hotel is nowhere near worth the cost.

This is not our first stay in this hotel, this is not our first stay in this hotel. We were & are very satisfied with the service. The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. Our room attendant Rafli, who is very cheerful & helpful, keeps both rooms very clean. Nothing is too much trouble to him. The breakfast is excellent. If we ever come again, this hotel is definitely our first choice. Lydia & Lucy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in fast and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and I slept very well. The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and good room service. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Last year, I stayed at Swiss Belinn Manyar because it was located close to everywhere I needed to go. I had a positive experience there then, so I elected to return this year. I particularly enjoyed the reduced rate I received as a SBEC Member (upgraded to Silver thanks to a promotion with MasterCard), the wide choice of food and drinks for breakfast, the friendly service, the rapid response for housekeeping requests (e. G. Iron) and how the room was in very good condition. Highly recommended!

Great room, nice and clean, very nice view.
Ordered room service and would rate it 7/10.
The morning breakfast is really good, especially the chicken porridge and the new desserts and kuehs everyday.
Very friendly and respectful staffs.
Noticed the refrigerator is not working in many rooms but so have to get them to change.
Really good and I will recommend this hotel.
Many restaurants and food options nearby.

Such a pleasant experience here. Asked for a prayer mat and got one that so hygiene.
FYI — I accidentally left my favorite water bottle on the 9th floor, right in front of the elevator. Pretty sure I forgot it because I was rushing into the lift.
5 hours after I realized it,
I reached out to the hotel staff, and guess what? They actually kept it safe! I decided to arrange a GoSend (Gojek) pickup.

We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-BelInn. We came on March 18 and spent 2 nights there. The staff were very accommodating, patient and warm. They help us know our way around Surabaya. They help us book taxi, ask how we are doing, always with a smile. |The rooms are very neatly done and very clean. The hotel actually smells nice. They change towels and beddings every day and also remove trash everyday.

A perfect place for Iftar! The buffet offer a wide variety of delicious dishes, the restaurant's atmosphere is comfortable, making it perfect for break fasting with family or friends. The staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely worth it for a special Ramadan experience!

I booked for 1 King-size bed but they gave a twin bed for 4 nights stay!
Foods for breakfast are delicious and healthy anyway, that made up such a balanced reason to give 4 stars for service quality.

Nice hospitality. The receiptionist gave us free upgraded room too. Room also clean and spacy. You guys should try their swimming pool, nice view. And the food for breakfast is so various and delicious. Overall everything's good.

I recently stayed at swiss belinn, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a variety of options, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. The location is convenient, close to many attractions. However, the noise from the nearby street could be heard at night. Great value for the price!

First time to stay at Swissbell Manyar. I wanna say many thanks for good services on my special day my birthday, thanks to MBAK NIA FO who gimmi special birthday cake. Room was good, nice view, large, breakfast with a lot of variants… very recommended hotel in surabaya.

Very clean, well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Toilet and shower room was clean and nice. Staff are among the friendliest and most helpful I have ever seen. My room was quiet, Aircon working perfectly well to counter Surabaya hot weather.

The hotel is very good, the food has lots of choices, it's not boring, the price is right, the restaurant conditions are also clean.
One of the best places to stay I've ever visited, the hotel is really suitable for a holiday with the family. The place is spacious, comfortable, the rooms are also clean and cool, there is a swimming pool which is also very suitable for those of you who have children to look after while relaxing and enjoying the view from the top floor. The staff is also friendly, very polite when serving check in and out. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious, I really recommend staying here, there is a variety of food, the rooms are also quite good and thank God, the stay was no problem at all, masyaallah, the FO is also friendly and very good, a very recommended hotel, thank you hotel Swiss Bellin Manyar🤗👍🏻

Everything is great :)
The room is clean, the amenities is good, there is also a hairdryer and the food is delicious, and the variety of food is pretty good.
The staff is really nice and helpful.
I'll come back here soon because I like staying here.

I stayed at Swiss-Belinn for two days and had a great experience. The location is perfect, close to attractions, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, Swiss-Belinn is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend!
