I stayed for two days at Swiss-Belinn Manyar Surabaya and was very satisfied with the service. Check-in was fast, the hotel staff was friendly and responsive, the room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the amenities were complete. The breakfast menu was also quite varied and delicious. The hotel's strategic location makes it easy to reach various points of Surabaya. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Since the first time I stayed at Swiss-Belinn Manyar in January 2025, this place becomes our base whenever I visit Surabaya (average 4x a year).
There are 3 international chain hotels around this area, tried them all, and we choose to come back again and again to this place. The staff are superb, they make us feel at home and well taken care off. The room, the service, the staff, the food and facilities are all excellent.
The hotel is strategically located, surrounded by cafes, restos and mall. Easy access to taxi and other public transportation as it is in the main road.
We always choose the room facing East (ITS Uni campus) where we can see breaking dawn to sunrise in the morn, moonrise during the dusk, and get a glimpse of Madura island (far left side from the window) in the morning when the sky is clear.
Special thanks to mbak Nia, Meta and Shinta and other front desk team members who always greet us sweetly and make us feel at home.
Superb service, good food, good facilities, strategic location and cool view. This is a definition of Value for Money for sure ☺️

Nice, strategic location in the Manyar area — close to lots of food options and easy to get around. I stayed here because I had an event near Pakuwon. The hotel is right on a main road and also close to Galaxy Mall, so very convenient.
The room was clean and comfortable. Size is pretty standard, but still enough to rest after a long day. Bed was comfortable, AC cold, and hot water worked well — no major issues during the stay.
Staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was quite smooth and quick.
