Mercure Surabaya Manyar

The room was spacious and very clean, making our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. What we truly appreciated was how well they looked after my parents during our stay, showing genuine care and professionalism. Thank you, Mercure Manyar Hotel — we will definitely come back.

Overall this hotel is actually good.
The rooms is very nice and I got an upgrade to duplex because I am an accor member.
The service is very nice and shout out to Denny in the receptionist and all of the squad of the security because I always go in and out like a lightning.
The location of this hotel is probably a small problem. Because to go to galaxy mall area you need to go u turn a little bit far.

Mercure Manyar is dubbed as a business hotel. But it is probably more family friendly!
The executive rooms have the bedrooms on the upper deck while a sitting room on the lower deck. Unfortunately I found this arrangement particularly unsuitable as there was no place to setup a laptop for work purposes.
Shiva at the front desk kindly allowed me to shift to a regular room.
Here the work table is at the wrong angle with the TV, which I like to use as a second monitor.
There's unfortunately no bar to relax in after a hard day's work. But since this is Surabaya, there are plenty of bars nearby serving delicious pork dishes and over priced drinks. E. G. Our bar, Dining Club …
The breakfast spread is good, and I was pleasantly surprised when Nova and Faisal went the extra mile to get me my low glycaemic meals.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. The Indonesian touch probably made it that much better and allowed me to overlook the minor irritants.
Just to put it in perspective, I just left Novotel Platinum Bangkok, and frankly it has left a very bad taste in the mouth, and unlike Mercure Surabaya Manyar, I am definitely going to skip Novotel Platinum next time I am in Bangkok in about a month's time.

Hotel location is very strategic, you can find many famous n delicious resto near this hotel. Quite close to Galaxy Mall too.
But unfortunately, the size of the hotel is very tiny for us.
The parking lot, Hotel Lobby, Paparisa Resto, its Gym also the hotel rooms feel soooo tiny n doesn't have high ceiling too.
The bed size only Queen, so not really big for family of 3.
Breakfast choice was good although not many options available, but the food taste yummy.
The hospitality of the staff is so-so, not cheerful and not full of smile like other international hotel chain (like Marriott n IHG).
Hopefully they can improve it.

An absolutely fantastic stay at Mercure Surabaya Manyar! From the moment I checked in, the service was impeccable. The rooms are modern, clean, and offer a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Surabaya!

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The location is near good restaurants.
BUT the problem is that the Wi-Fi is weak and slow, and the connection is intermittent. This is unacceptable when other hotels offer MUCH faster and reliable internet connection.
Please UPGRADE the WI-FI.

Stayed 2 nights in the Executive Duplex Suite.
The hotel is quite small but the location is really great. There are many restaurants along the street and everything is very convenient.
Parking space is limited, but they provide free valet so it was not a problem at all.
Cleanliness was excellent. Every corner was very clean and I even saw the housekeeping wiping the stairs inside the room by hand.

I was arrived after midnight, but the staff was very helpful to check me in. The parking lot was quite small, but he managed to get me a spot outside the hotel. During breakfast, I was impressed by the male staff (forgot his name, Kani or…? ), he managed to serve us, greet us, always offering help to get something. Overall even with just 1 or 2 staffs, but they managed to give a very good service.
Overall a very satisfaction stays.

I’m a member of other loyalties. So far Accor especially Mercure Manyar treated me the worst. As a Silver member on other loyalty group, they giving a simple thank you for being the member, however in Mercure Manyar no. Also, there wasn’t any amenities / Welcome kit for loyalty member in the room. Lastly about late check out. As stated in the loyalty benefit I can enjoy late check out. At first during check in the FO only gave me late check out till 2PM, the next day I call the receptionist to request check out at 3PM due to some extra meetings, the FO said I only can check out till 1PM. After I argue and inform that I’m a silver member with her, I am allowed to do the 3pm check out.
I know that Silver is still very low for a loyalty program. But other hospitality group treat me exclusively. Maybe Accor or Mercure Manyar has lower standard of treatment than others? I don’t know.
Overall stay was good. Room is comfy, and clean. Will be back soon, only if I have meeting around East area.

Great no-frills hotel, located at the busy area with lots of food along the road. Great hospitality.
Best for anyone who doesn’t spend too much time in the room. Wifi speed is sufficient for day-to-day office works.
Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved by Mercure standards (towel, bathroom corners, sofa).

I had a great stay at the Mercure Hotel! A big thank you to Thomas for arranging everything so smoothly—it really made a difference. I stayed for two nights, and everything from the food to the service was excellent. The staff, especially at reception, were incredibly friendly and obliging. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Overall the hotel was good, room and location not too far from the city hub. Maybe only the parking area need to be added with more spacious. Sometime, duration stay longer, kids need play area and swimming pool for relax.

Got a super generous upgrade.
Room: got upgraded to a suite, super spacious with high ceiling, a dining table, smart tv, a sofa, and a bathroom with rain shower. Super clean and comfy. Great and creative welcome amenity.
Staffs: great front office staff, great initiatives, great manager, great breakfast staffs, all so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast: dishes were quite variative and tasty enough, better than ibis but below the average mercure. Chocolate and cappucino were great.
Parking: super small parking space, better to not bring vehicles while staying here. Front side was also being renovated so access was a bit hard.
Overall a good 3 star hotel with no swimming pool and super small parking space.

I was very satisfied with the quality of my 2 nights stay with Mercure, especially with the room service; the staff couldn’t be more helpful with all of my inquiries. Hygene was amazing, keep up with the attention to details and cleanliness.

1. The liquid soap was fully depleted, and unfortunate I only realise this when I'm already showering.
2. The refrigerator was broken. Initially it was turned off, I turned it on, waited for 30 mins, and the inside of the fridge was warm.
3. Cleanliness is below standard of Accor. I could see small pieces of trash in the corner behind sofa.

Got a business trip in Surabaya and this hotel was my choice.
Located near my business venues, kinda helpful for me.
The rooms are very decent. But there are no towel/clothes hooks in the bathroom. _.
Over all I enjoy the hotels, the breakfast, the crews.

New and clean design room, only the shower in my opinion is not strong enough, for the others everything is perfect. And what I like is the strategic location, many restaurants are just a short walk away, also suitable for meeting points with friends and relations, many coffee places.
