I got the executive room for 2 nights this eid. Same like last year. And problems remained the same a year later.
AC barely working. Needs to be turned on a few hours before room gets cold. Had to have it on during the whole stay.
Stained sheets.
Warm water didnt work.
Bathroom smelled like sewage for my whole stay.
There wasnt enough breakfast food for everyone. Breakfast time 06.30-09.00. I arrived 8.30 one day and there was only rice, noodles, veggies and "chicken with batter" but should actually be named "batter with chicken" since it was 10% chicken 90% batter.
Its Eid, room cost double the price, your hotell is full, but still have to cut costs by not providing enough food for everyone? And having a dish where you cut down the amount of chicken? What a joke.
Unfortunately never coming back.

+ Friendly staff.
