I stayed at The Alana Surabaya from December 5–7, 2025. Overall, my experience was quite good.

One of the best hotels in Surabaya. It’s not that far from the airport and an easy access from anywhere in the city. I have been staying here since 2013.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Surabaya.

The hotel is strategically located at West Surabaya, closed to Pakuwon super-mall and culinary spots at Citraland. The room is cozy and it's worth the price. Their service are excellent.

Rooms are fullfilling your basic necessities when you are travelling for short period.
