Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was warm and welcoming throughout. Stayed at the executive room, comfiest bed i’ve ever slept on.
Special thanks to Kikan at reception for being so friendly and helpful, and to Gita, the restaurant manager, for making every dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The jamu drinks were a highlight—my mum absolutely loved them!
Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Would definitely come back!

The room design is lovely, with the glass bathroom and mirror lighting adding a real touch of elegance. The reception staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options. The location is also excellent, as it's within walking distance of both Trillium and the mall. I have no complaints at all! "

The rooms are very nice but a bit small. Still comfortable though. The hot and sauna are excellent and the breakfasts are great. There's a swimming pool but we didn't use it. Very good value forbthe price. Recommended.

I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff! Especially Bella is very sweet and she remembered my name after 2 days which is very impressive! Would recommend this if you need a deep rest the hotel. They can provide you everything!

Very good foods. The taste of the foods are balanced. Not too sweet not too sour or too salty. The place is so luxurious where the seats are comfortable, the design and layout of the room looks fancy and inviting. I will give this 4, 5 out of 5. The location of the hotel is strategic enough.

Was a great days stay in this hotel. The hotel was conveniently located close to Tunjungan Plaza and submarine museum so easier to get meals and alternative entertainment for your young children. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable. Overall it was a great value. Sending warm regards for the lovely receptionist ladies Ms. Bella, Ms. Indah and Ms. Lia.

The breakfast buffet is big and you will find a huge variety of food there. Breakfast times are from 6-10am, so perfect if you need to wake up early and also if you want to sleep long.
The hotel also provides a spa area with Sauna and Jacuzzi which is great. You can use the gym or swim in the pool. There is a part where kids can play in the pool, although the water is quite cold.
Overall our experience was perfect, thank you for having us! If we ever come back to Surabaya we will stay here again.

Had my company’s event here last week and overall, it was a great experience!
The ballroom is spacious and the LED videotron is massive—definitely a highlight of the event as you can see in the pictures. The sound system also delivered really well. Big thanks to the banquet team who were always on standby during the event. Shout out to Mas Yasin, Mas Bayu, Pak Merdi (from the AV team), and Mas Rendy who helped us a lot throughout. Everyone was responsive and very attentive, which really made our job easier. I truly appreciate the whole team—even if I can’t mention every name here—and sorry in advance if I misspelled anyone’s name.
One small note: please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the cutlery. Some plates, spoons, and forks could’ve been cleaner.
Food-wise, everything was excellent!
We loved the selection served at the banquet. Big thanks to Mba Lisa for letting us be involved in choosing the menu—we truly enjoyed it. Please pass on our compliments to the chef as well!
As for the breakfast, I personally loved the nasi Hainan and the jamu corner—such a nice local touch and really appreciated.
I also stayed at Morazen Hotel on the 11th floor—it was my first time. When I arrived, the key card slot in the room was loose and actually fell off, which surprised me. I called the receptionist around 3 PM and told them it’s okay for engineering to enter while I was out. However, when I returned at 5 PM, it was still not fixed. I had to follow up again.

I'm from room 1911, the room is confortable, the facility is excellent, there's a large pool, a big gym, even a sauna and jacuzzi. Service is really good, and really fast responsive. Breakfast has many variety and taste really good in my opinion. The dining hall is also large so it's never crowded while I'm here.
The view from my room is okay I guess, nothing special in the day, but it looks beautiful during the night.

The room was splendid and so was the service. My room and all my administration was taken care of by Dhara, Bella, and Indah. They were very helpful in making sure that my trip and stay was comfortable. Highly recommended if you are going to stay at the heart of Surabaya City! I just wish that their pool is located somewhere more private (not in front of a restaurant) so that I can enjoy it in the morning.

The hotel is great, breakfast was excellence, the Chef came and greet the guest and prepare me the food which was finished on display. Facilities is good. The staf. Greet was good but when I was Check in the staf did not explaining where is the restaurant for BF, how to connect Wi-Fi, and othe facilities such as gym, spa etc. The luggage take some time to bring to the room, We had called and ask when our Luggage will be sent to the room and the staff mentioned was on the way but we wait 10 mnts did not come. I come down to reception and want to take by myself then the staff quicly response.

The hotel is very beautiful and supremely elegant. I'm staying in the Grand Royal Suite; the room is huge, comfortable, luxurious, and modern. It's located on the 19th floor. Thank you for the warm hospitality; all the staff were friendly and attentive. I'd be back again for sure.

A cozy and high class which is reasonably priced. Staff are hospitable and extremely friendly. Food is appetizing especially the sirloin fried rice. If you do visit this place ask for CiCi, Yemema and Gandis, they will definitely ensure that you are well served.
