Business Hotels in Genteng4* 5*

The rooms are very nice but a bit small. Still comfortable though. The hot and sauna are excellent and the breakfasts are great.

I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff!

Friendly smiles and welcoming receptionists like Antonlo (Eric) made my stay truly meaningful. The staff were very helpful, and the great first impression never faded.

Excellent service! Booked an executive suite room. From checkin we get delish cookies. Room is huge and clean, bedsheet smells good.
