Hotels in Genteng with a Pool

Good hospitality and seamless process overall staying in Morazen. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety as well as quality products from fresh produce to pastry, hot food, and especially Jamu!

Rooms: I got executive king room with outstanding room quality, comfortable bedding (guaranteed), and impeccable cleanliness throughout my stay, very excellent.

On 2 January im here with my family in Leedon hotel, This hotel is so nice.

Leedon Hotel Surabaya is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, and it is close to several malls, such as Tunjungan Plaza (2.7 km), Grand City Mall (1.2 km), and BG Junction (2.4 km).

Really enjoyed my stay here.

At first glance, the exterior of Surabaya River View Hotel may not fully reflect what you will actually experience inside. However, once you step in, the impression changes completely.

Friendly smiles and welcoming receptionists like Antonlo (Eric) made my stay truly meaningful. The staff were very helpful, and the great first impression never faded.

Excellent service! Booked an executive suite room. From checkin we get delish cookies. Room is huge and clean, bedsheet smells good.

Good location in the heart of Surabaya city. This brand-new hotel is part of a complex with apartments and a mall.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay.
And I would like to thank mba Windy at the reception who was incredibly friendly, professional, n welcoming from the moment I arrived.

The hotel lobby is nicely maintained and clean, providing a peaceful atmosphere. However, I noticed that the receptionist lacked a friendly smile, which could have improved the overall experience.

The best experience we had when we stayed here. Celebrating our son's birthday. Good room. So clean and comfy. So recommended!
Definitely will recommend this hotel to all of you. No regret!

I take my family to the swimming pool most days and we have so much fun, it's the closest pool to our house.
