I Like the way they handle the complaint. First impression was not really good. Expecting 4 star room after long delayed flight, the room was okay but unpleasant odor came out. Not sure whether it came from the bathroom or humid walls. We asked to change the room, but they only sent room boy to sprayed the bath room which made things worst.
Then after few exchange words, finally we got new room, much better one. And it gave us better sleep.
In the second night, the hotel offered an upgrade to more clean and spacious room, even better than the second we had. Thank you!
We really appreciated the sincere apology, and their unmatched effort to made us more comfortable.
I suggest the hotel to conduct thoroughly inspection to whole room to find the solution for the sanitation problem above.
Oh and one more thing, I also raise hat to the room boy who returned my cash which accidentally left when we moved to the second room at the first night. Honesty is the best policy!
