Good location in the heart of Surabaya city. This brand-new hotel is part of a complex with apartments and a mall. Free valet service is available for all hotel guests, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Free breakfast and dinner are available. The dinner menu isn't as extensive as breakfast, but we found it quite good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms also equipped with Google TV.
I had a very pleasant experience during my stay.
And I would like to thank mba Windy at the reception who was incredibly friendly, professional, n welcoming from the moment I arrived.
Although I arrived around 1 pm, she kindly assisted me with an early check in, which I truly appreciated :)

I have a very pleasant stay here. The FO staff, Ms.
Amelia was very nice, friendly and helpful. Her attitude deserves a praise. The other staff members were also very friendly.
The check in process was easy and fast. The room was nice too, with smart tv, work table, good view and clean bathroom. The ground floor / transit lobby has a very nice ‘spa’ smell. The Rythm Bar has live music, and their food was pretty good. Also, it has free parking for hotel guests. Just don’t forget to ask the staff when check in and register your license plate.
The breakfast was pretty good too. Their bread, donut and cake were delicious.
On the ground floor, there's also a Circle K and several other food and beverage outlets.
The only downside is because this is a new hotel, their gym still under construction, and the pool is pretty small.
Overall, I had a good experience with Whiz Grand Praxis's hospitality. Thank you!
