We stayed here for an event and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean and comfy. The staff is very helpful and everyone is trying their best to help us with anything we need. Would recommend.
Things I would suggest you make the experience even better:
— Adding a microwave on each floor.
— improving the Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
— the TVs remotes needed attention but we didn’t need them that much. I believe it’s a temporary issue with the remotes because they mentioned changing TVs recently.
— hand soap in bathrooms would be a great addition.
