Amazing hotel with really friendly staff. Magnificent room over looking pool and sea. Good place to relax while exploring East Java! We also dod the trip to Menjangan Island — shout out to Davina and Arias who made the trip so memorable. Nothing was too much trouble — definitely going back here.

We stayed at Dialoog Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the stunning ambiance was an absolute feast for the eyes—instantly relaxing and beautiful.
We originally booked a Deluxe Ocean View room, but we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to the Suite Room with Ocean View! It completely exceeded all our expectations:
— The Room: Impeccably clean, remarkably quiet, and designed with a sleek, modern interior that felt incredibly cozy.
— The View: Waking up to the endless blue ocean right from our bed was pure magic.
— Amenities: The room was stocked with premium, high-quality amenities that left us wanting for nothing.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, treating us with genuine warmth and professionalism. On top of that, the location is highly strategic, making it incredibly easy to get around.
It was a truly delightful and memorable anniversary. We cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back! 🫶🏻

On the pro’s side, you get a super beautiful scenery place, maybe a good one across the Java, it’s so serene and the views just like a painting! Very nice views and clean!
Cons:
1. We don’t have fridge at the room, so we cannot store our food and drinks.
2. The hot shower is slow and just fading away quickly, we cannot enjoy the hot shower properly.
3. Breakfast was mid, just a simple one, don’t expect more.
4. We thought the security are not helpful (some are)
5. Restaurant have limited choice of food, expensive for locals, taste quite good.
6. Room walls are so thin, we can hear neighbor doing things.
7. Room is quite nice, but not functional, no proper working chair, and bed is a bit to low so it squeaking when we move.

If you are looking for that iconic "Bali Vibe" without actually crossing the strait, Dialoog Banyuwangi is the absolute answer.
I recently spent my honeymoon here, and while there were some hits and misses, it remains one of the most visually stunning escapes in the region.
The "Hero" View: The sunrise here is truly breathtaking. Watching the sun peek over the Bali Strait right from the property is a soul-soothing experience that makes every penny worth it.
The Vibe: The minimalist, modern architecture creates a very serene and romantic atmosphere. It really feels like a piece of Seminyak or Uluwatu was transported to Banyuwangi.
Breakfast & Dining: Their breakfast spread is impressively varied. Most dishes are delicious and well-seasoned—though a few items might taste a bit nanggung (bland) for locals who crave bold spices, the overall quality remains high for the Indonesian palate.
Honeymoon Experience: It’s a solid choice for a romantic getaway, though it didn’t quite hit 100% of my expectations. The service details, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon, definitely have room for improvement to make guests feel more "celebrated. "
Verdict: Tempat ini juara banget soal view dan estetika. It’s romantic, chic, and very peaceful. Kalau mereka bisa lebih attention to detail soal service—terutama untuk special request honeymoon—this place would be unbeatable!

Dialoog Hotel Banyuwangi — One of my best experience so far!
My family and I stayed at Dialoog Hotel Banyuwangi from 29 Dec'25 until 3 Jan'26 which was planned for year-end vacation.
As we arrived from the airport, unfortunately 1 room from 3 rooms we booked was not ready yet (the Suite one), however we were OK as we understood that the hotel was pretty busy during year-end holiday. After waiting around 30 min, we got all our rooms.
Here are my honest review:
1. Arrival.
• Greeted well and were given welcome drink and wet towel.
• 1 room was not ready yet upon check-in.
• 3x complimentary dinner was not well informed so we missed out 1 time dinner on the 29 Dec.
2. Room.
• Standard room was OK, pretty clean.
• A little bit strange that cloth hanger was only installed at the toilet room, so suggested to put one as well in the shower room.
• Room was not sound proof, few centimeter gap in between door and the floor.
• Unfortunately little fridge, was not set as part of the room facility but available upon request.
• Suite room was nice, but found some "tomcat" on top of the sink, so eeds to improve bugs treatment before guest check-in.
3. Facilities.
• Gym is OK but a bit small and limited equipment.
• Swimming pool is amazing especially the view — right into the ocean and Bali island accros the Hotel.
• Restaurant (the one only) is pretty spacious with some tables also provided in the gazebo next to dining area.

No regret staying here during our trip to Banyuwangi. We had a relaxing and pleasant stay for 3 days 2 nights. Love the ocean and Bali island view, almost every corner is so aesthetic. The room is clean, modern and cold, with water heater. On Christmas day, we enjoyed a dinner buffet and live music. I think the breakfast is quite varied and tasty, terutama bakwan goreng and corn frittersnya. Pilihan kerupuknya juga komplit 😁 Kalau ke Banyuwangi, I’d recommend staying here!
The only downside adalah pas sore hotel areanya lmyn rame sama non hotel guests yang makan di restoran dan foto-foto, jd rasanya kurang private aja.

Had an amazing stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi! The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with a calm, relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for a getaway. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a lovely view that made waking up feel special. We really enjoyed the infinity pool facing the ocean and spending time watching the sunset — truly peaceful. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole stay feel warm and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and unwind in Banyuwangi. Highly recommended.

The View: Simply spectacular. Whether from the pool or our room, the vista was breathtaking, offering a serene and beautiful escape.
Cleanliness: The hotel maintains a spotless environment. Our room was pristine, making us feel comfortable and safe. The attention to detail in keeping the property immaculate is commendable.
The Food: We were thoroughly impressed by the quality and variety of the meals. Every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful. Dining here was a highlight of our day.

Rating: (Excellent)

We had an excellent three night stay here. The room was very nice, modern, nicely decorated, all amenities provided and with a great balcony and view. The service from all the staff was simply outstanding, it was the right balance of friendly and efficient, without any sense of overbearing. The team on the front desk were particularly helpful with ferry tickets and mobile phone issues. The grounds and pool are immaculate and obviously well looked after. This is a hidden gem.

I had a wonderful stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi. The hotel has a beautifully designed minimalist concept that feels calming and modern. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that made the stay even better.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of fresh options. The ocean view and peaceful ambiance were definitely highlights and made the experience truly memorable.
Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return on my next trip to Banyuwangi. Highly recommended.

A gem by the ocean! Staff is super professional and kind. Everything is high quality, from the coffee in your bedroom to the amazing food at the restaurant. Everyday there is an event you can join, you'll see from my pictures (I was there for Sunday night), for free outdoor movie night (popcorn included)! So much to say about this place, so relaxing by the ocean with the sound of the lapping waves, especially relaxing in the pool. Beautiful at night. A must in visiting again. If going for your anniversary just let them know ahead of time, as they will make a special treat for you!

It was an incredible experience staying here! The whole hotel is very clean, the room is tidy and smells soo good! The AC works incredibly well, they even help the environment by not providing plastics and do something tech with the automatic AC.
The foods & beverages are very tasty as well, from breakfast to supper, they never fail to amaze us!
They have activities for the guests the whole week so you won’t get bored, and don’t ask more about the view, the sunrise is wonderful even at 04.30 AM, you’ll get amazing views from your room! Will definitely come back to stay here ❤️

Staff: Friendly, helpful, and pays great attention to guests.
Facilities: Infinity pool, satisfying spa, and attractive child-friendly facilities.
Cleanliness: The hotel and rooms were rated clean by many guests.
Design: Modern and beautiful, especially the entrance area with traditional Banyuwangi architecture.

The resort is beautiful. It felt like we entered a new realm that escaped the busy city life. The nature element definitely played a crucial role. The staff and service there were really accommodating and friendly. They ensured we are comfortable with our stay. They also upgraded us to a suite room as a kind gesture to celebrate our romantic time together, which is really sweet of them! We went to their massage service and it was terrific. The restaurant was definitely a chef kiss! We took the romantic dinner package and they really went all out with the service and food. It definitely felt like it was a one in a lifetime experience, would recommend to everyone that is looking for a relaxing time and also be romantic!

The most beautiful hotel with an incredible view.
All the staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough for you. We went on two trips organised by the hotel, the ijen crater trek with our tour guide Soleil and the Tabuhan island boat trip with our guides Lucky and Aris. Both trips were absolutely incredible and the guides were so friendly, informative and attentive. The attention to detail on both trips from the hotel and for entire stay was amazing.
Our room was so beautiful and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious with a great choice and the breakfast was excellent.
It was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and well maintained, which made for a relaxing experience. The food was excellent with a variety of tasty options. What stood out most was the staff – they were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Thank you Mas Miko, Mas Faisal and all receptionist team. Overall, a lovely hotel that I would be happy to recommend and return to in the future.

Nice and friendly staff. Great location with nice beach view. If you’re Jakarta’s resident and miss its fusion delicacies, then Dialoog was good choice. The food tastes the same like the one in Jakarta. The price was the same like in Jakarta. Understandable — since the view was great. We didn’t stay at the hotel. We just came for the food and the beach view because we want to splurge a bit. The infus water was so fresh. The pasta were great too.
