Dialoog Hotel Banyuwangi provided us with a truly unforgettable and pleasant stay. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our visit.
The View: Simply spectacular. Whether from the pool or our room, the vista was breathtaking, offering a serene and beautiful escape.
Cleanliness: The hotel maintains a spotless environment. Our room was pristine, making us feel comfortable and safe. The attention to detail in keeping the property immaculate is commendable.
The Food: We were thoroughly impressed by the quality and variety of the meals. Every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful. Dining here was a highlight of our day.
The staff were friendly and attentive, completing a perfect hospitality experience. Thank you, Dialoog, for a wonderful time!

We had an excellent three night stay here. The room was very nice, modern, nicely decorated, all amenities provided and with a great balcony and view. The service from all the staff was simply outstanding, it was the right balance of friendly and efficient, without any sense of overbearing. The team on the front desk were particularly helpful with ferry tickets and mobile phone issues. The grounds and pool are immaculate and obviously well looked after. This is a hidden gem.

I had a wonderful stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi. The hotel has a beautifully designed minimalist concept that feels calming and modern. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that made the stay even better.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of fresh options. The ocean view and peaceful ambiance were definitely highlights and made the experience truly memorable.
Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return on my next trip to Banyuwangi. Highly recommended.

A gem by the ocean! Staff is super professional and kind. Everything is high quality, from the coffee in your bedroom to the amazing food at the restaurant. Everyday there is an event you can join, you'll see from my pictures (I was there for Sunday night), for free outdoor movie night (popcorn included)! So much to say about this place, so relaxing by the ocean with the sound of the lapping waves, especially relaxing in the pool. Beautiful at night. A must in visiting again. If going for your anniversary just let them know ahead of time, as they will make a special treat for you!

It was an incredible experience staying here! The whole hotel is very clean, the room is tidy and smells soo good! The AC works incredibly well, they even help the environment by not providing plastics and do something tech with the automatic AC.
The foods & beverages are very tasty as well, from breakfast to supper, they never fail to amaze us!
They have activities for the guests the whole week so you won’t get bored, and don’t ask more about the view, the sunrise is wonderful even at 04.30 AM, you’ll get amazing views from your room! Will definitely come back to stay here ❤️

The resort is beautiful. It felt like we entered a new realm that escaped the busy city life. The nature element definitely played a crucial role. The staff and service there were really accommodating and friendly. They ensured we are comfortable with our stay. They also upgraded us to a suite room as a kind gesture to celebrate our romantic time together, which is really sweet of them! We went to their massage service and it was terrific. The restaurant was definitely a chef kiss! We took the romantic dinner package and they really went all out with the service and food. It definitely felt like it was a one in a lifetime experience, would recommend to everyone that is looking for a relaxing time and also be romantic!

The most beautiful hotel with an incredible view.
All the staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough for you. We went on two trips organised by the hotel, the ijen crater trek with our tour guide Soleil and the Tabuhan island boat trip with our guides Lucky and Aris. Both trips were absolutely incredible and the guides were so friendly, informative and attentive. The attention to detail on both trips from the hotel and for entire stay was amazing.
Our room was so beautiful and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious with a great choice and the breakfast was excellent.
It was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and well maintained, which made for a relaxing experience. The food was excellent with a variety of tasty options. What stood out most was the staff – they were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Thank you Mas Miko, Mas Faisal and all receptionist team. Overall, a lovely hotel that I would be happy to recommend and return to in the future.

Nice and friendly staff. Great location with nice beach view. If you’re Jakarta’s resident and miss its fusion delicacies, then Dialoog was good choice. The food tastes the same like the one in Jakarta. The price was the same like in Jakarta. Understandable — since the view was great. We didn’t stay at the hotel. We just came for the food and the beach view because we want to splurge a bit. The infus water was so fresh. The pasta were great too.

We had a great stay at Bayigangi Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming—really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. We also booked some activities through them, and they were both amazing experiences. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options, and while the rest of the food was okay, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, very nice staff and great facilities. The rooms are big and clean. The views to Bali are fantastic. The food is also very good and the barman had great cocktails. The spa treatments are also amazing. Overall, this hotel has an excellent price-quality ratio, I fully recommend it! It is perfect for a relaxing stay after hiking up the volcanoes and before continuing to Bali!

Location & Setting:
The hotel enjoys a prime beachfront location with direct access to a pristine stretch of coastline. The dramatic backdrop of mountains across the water adds to the scenic beauty. The property appears to be well-positioned to take advantage of both sunrise and sunset views, with the volcanic rock formations providing interesting natural features along the shoreline.
Facilities:
The resort pool is a standout feature — crystal clear waters surrounded by comfortable loungers and umbrellas, all set within beautifully landscaped grounds. The extensive tropical gardens with mature palm trees create a lush, private atmosphere throughout the property.
Grounds & Maintenance:
The property shows excellent attention to detail in its maintenance. The manicured lawns, well-planned pathways, and thoughtful landscaping demonstrate a commitment to quality. The integration of hardscaping (stone pathways, water features) with the natural tropical environment is particularly well executed.

It was a nice experience. I travelled with my family (2 boys) from Surabaya with car. We arrived late at night, but the receptionist team was really nice and helpful. The process of check in was smooth and fast. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view is a bonus, I could see the sun rise from my balcony. The breakfast was not too various but delicious. Swimming pool was good, as well ad the park and farm.

We had such a great time at Dialoog Hotel! The kids were so happy, and from the moment we arrived until we left, all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, breakfast was really tasty especially fried rice, and the pool was awesome with a beautiful view.
Would be perfect if the pool had warm water so the kids could enjoy it even more. Definitely planning to come back with the kids again. Hope the comfort and good vibes stay just as great next time!

The hotel looks great and the architecture of the entrance is wonderful with Banyuwangi’s traditional house. Yet, sorry but I don’t like the room layout. The room is with decent size but I don’t understand why you guys have small cubicle of separate toilet and shower. And the cubicle is very small and it does not make sense with size of the room.
The shower cubicle is small make it difficult to move around when taking shower. And water are all coming out of the cubicle doors when you take shower. And make the room floor wet from the shower.
With the room layout is also making it difficult to change clothes knowing that some rooms you are facing the other room from the other building with enough distance to see your front neighbor.
The hotel is most of the time full and quite noisy with the guests. Don’t mind with the mosque voices but the hotel guest is quite noisy. And many of them are taking picture in every corner of the hotel.
The fnb price is quite pricy compare to other hotel. And I also expected to have nice beach but apparently the beach is not swimmable.
Overall it was just ok. Nothing is special.

We had an incredible stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi. The location is simply beautiful, nestled among coconut trees with the ocean right in front of you. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature while having all the comforts you could wish for. The hotel offers a great gym, a lovely spa, a big pool, and bikes to explore the area. There are also daily activities organized for guests, which is a great way to stay entertained.
The on-site restaurant is excellent, offering tasty meals all day long. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated, we truly felt at home. Every detail was taken care of, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Dialogue Banyuwangi for anyone visiting the area!
