Clean rooms, incredibly rich and yummy breakfast buffet with so many options. Super friendly staff. We had an issue with a safe that didn’t work and staff was there immediately to solve it. Nice coffee and cake place across the street too. Pingpong table and (indoor) pool for the kids.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I still absolutely love it!
Although there are a few areas that could be improved, my overall experience was once again very enjoyable. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast. Every dish I tried was delicious and suited my taste perfectly. There was such a wide variety of food that I couldn’t possibly try everything in one morning!
At this point, I don’t even feel the need to look for another hotel whenever I visit Malang. This hotel has definitely become my go-to place, and I look forward to staying here again.

Stayed here for a night for mt bromo trip. The location is star of the show, its our first time in malang and the hotel is nearby the supposedly best mall in malang and we were so happy. We came from a long flight n all we wanted was food options at a mall foodcourt:) the hotel also has SKYROOM restaurant w amazing malang city view at 12floor, we had soto lamongan and rawon both delicious :) The room n bathroom is clean, we also got the mountain view from our window! Painting on the wall 😍😍 Had a minor issue upon check in but the team quickly sorted it out with professionalism. Everyone was so friendly. Value for money. Would come back n recommend it for sure. Thankyou guys sorry I cant take all the brosem home but we absolutely enjoyed it! 😍😍
