Hi! This is the first time for us to stay at Whiz Luxe. The Shanaya is the best place to spend evening hours. We want to say thanks to GRO names Feby to arrange sweet decoration in our room. Also staff names Azka in all day dining it’s very helpful. It’s memorable stay for us here. We gonna comeback for sure! Good job Whiz! 💚💚💚

The service at this hotel is truly unparalleled. Every member of the team—from the concierge and Front Office staff to Housekeeping—performed flawlessly, delivering hospitality of the highest standard. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment I arrived.
The room was maintained in pristine, spotless condition and exuded a subtle, luxurious aroma that enhanced the entire experience. While the maintenance was impeccable, the true highlight was the bedding: the thoughtful provision of the L-shaped bolster guaranteed I had the best sleep I've ever experienced in a hotel. The en-suite was equally excellent—super clean, fully stocked, and featured consistently good water pressure.
If I had one minor suggestion for refinement, it would be the addition of a full-body mirror to the room.
Despite that small note, my stay was perfection. 10/10, I will absolutely stay here again.

This was my third stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel Spazio Surabaya, and once again, it exceeded expectations.
From the moment I checked in, everything felt personal — my name appeared on the TV screen with a warm welcome, and a lovely plate of cake was waiting in my room with “Enjoy your stay” written so beautifully.
The staff, especially Ms. Feby V. Lubis, went above and beyond. I was surprised to receive an extra tea-time voucher (5–8 PM) in addition to the welcome drink. When I came to redeem it, they escorted me to a private lounge area with plush sofas, a big TV, coffee & tea machines, and delicate pastries — and it was all just for me!
The room was spotless and peaceful, just as I requested — quiet, cozy, and perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Breakfast was another highlight: I love how the variety keeps improving, and everything tasted great. I just noticed they added miso soup this time — such a comforting touch in the morning 🍜
Every stay here reminds me why Whiz Luxe is my favorite hotel in Surabaya: consistent comfort, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail that truly stands out.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a 5-star experience that feels personal, sincere, and effortlessly comforting.

Best hotel that meets my need for accommodation in Surabaya. Location is perfect, many restaurants and cafe, just side by side with my office in Surabaya. Breakfast is also great as well. Thanks also to Amanda that has been kind sending me the cake while I am visiting the hotel, and also to Vicky the intern that provide the excellent services. Been staying many times here and definitely will come back again for my next visit. Has recommend this hotel to many of my colleagues as well.

Everything was excellent, from the room and breakfast selection to the service and cleanliness. The welcome platter and personalized note on the TV made me feel truly appreciated and at home.

Stayed here for almost 3 weeks with my family. Very nice location, surrounded by restaurants n very close to malls. The services from concierge, breakfast team (mbak Lina and team) to house keeping are above excellent. Super attentive and friendly. Food were delicious, especially nasi goreng kampung and cakes.
Downside : the lighting in the room is too dark to me. I struggled to do makeup. Also, the towels were old n some smelled old and looked dirty.

Hotel is good, location is close to the Pakuwon mall. Convenient. Service is good. Area to improve house keeping with regard to room cleaning. Some days there were very old towels which should have been not in use.
Audi and the staff at the restaurant gave a good service. I was in this hotel for 40 days and they gave a good service.

We had a very pleasant stay at whiz lux hotel. First impression, the staff is super friendly and polite. I booked the grand deluxe king room and they gave me the top floor room at level 25. The room is super nice with big windows and a very lovely view of surabaya. Good variety of breakfast selection, the location is near everything we needed. All in all worth the price. Would definitely come stay here again if we go back to sby!

This hotel offers a pleasant stay with delicious food options. Its strategic location right next to a large mall makes it very convenient to explore various nearby restaurants. Special thanks to Cici for her outstanding service and warm hospitality, which truly enhanced our overall experience.

The hotel is beautiful and the stuff is helpful. They helped us to celebrate our son's birthday with a cake and they made a towel cake. The breakfast buffet is really good. For dinner at the restaurant I think they need to improve because it takes long time to get the food. But overall a good stay. Thank you.

My favorite 5 star hotel in Surabaya. I always stay here, never even think of going anywhere else. The service is super friendly, the rooms are clean, and the interior is luxurious. Especially love the signature L-shaped bolster pillow that I always miss. It’s my favorite and I seriously can’t sleep without it 😄 Thank you, Kak Feby 🩷 for the welcome cake, it was yummy 🫶🏻

A short but enjoyable stay. Was in business trip in Surabaya and I am glad that have chosen Whiz Luxe. Strategic location and they even serve breakfast very early at 6AM (as I have to leave for airport at 6:30AM).
Would definitely stay again.

This is the 5th time I have stayed and the Staff always give me the best experience. The View are exceptional especially when im swimming and look at the city light. Thankyou for Riri who always set up the cake upon my arrival. Definitely will always comeback to this Hotel.

The bed room (non smoking) in this hotel is clean and tidy, bath room clean also and smell good, staffs are humble and nice. The location of this hotel across to Pakuwon Mall, there is shuttle service to mall, recommended for family with children who will holiday and shopping. Thanks kak Juma&Cici for helping us.

Nice new hotel with great services and rooms. The Hotel feel luxurious. Variety on the breakfast can be improved. Parking facility spacious. The rooms are new minimalist designed with cold Air Conditioner, The bed are so comfy and they provided a couch on every rooms to relax.
