Our stay at Shanaya Resort Malang was truly exceptional. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking mountain views and a peaceful, refreshing atmosphere. The infinity pool is beautiful, both in the morning with the majestic mountain backdrop and at night with its warm, aesthetic lighting. It is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway and quality time with family.
The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and very responsive. Every request was handled professionally, making our stay even more comfortable and memorable.
Special thanks to Mas Aldy (Sales) for being very helpful from the reservation process until check-in, Your hospitality truly made a difference.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Malang with outstanding service!

Resort is spacious on a large piece of land. Buggies are used to transport guests from the reception building to guests residence.
Stayed for 4D3N at Ranggunis.
Bedding: Mattresses are comfortable. Nevertheless, cleanliness can be further improved. Musty pillows with sweat smell, maybe need to freshen the pillows and change their covers.
Towels: Clean but shabby.
Bathroom: Water pressure is good with proper ventilation. However, the black gravels exude mouldy smell.
Bedroom: Spacious with three beds. However, ventilation is lacking since there are no fans for air circulation. No chairs or small table for drinking/eating, have to drink/eat on the bed.
Telephone: Landline available but works only on the first day. The rest of the days, we have to use our mobile to contact reception.
Food: We had one breakfast there. A variety of food is available. However, the baked beans are not as tasty, the meehoon is not as soft, the fried rice is bland. Coffee is good, so are the juices.
Farm: Good layout. Nice herd of sheep, a sad lonely pony needing veterinary attention since losing fur of the skin, nice herd of swans within a small pond enclosure.

I stayed at Shanaya Resort for attending a wedding at Telaga Shanaya. The landscape is beautiful, the surroundings are well maintained, and the properties are relatively new, which gives the resort a fresh and pleasant feel.
However, the experience was somewhat disappointing due to a few operational issues. The shuttle did not arrive on time to pick me up, which was inconvenient especially since cars are not allowed to access the cabins directly. For guests attending events with fixed schedules, this really matters.
In addition, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell during early of my stay, which affected comfort. As for the food, it was average overall. I ordered several items from room service and at the restaurant, including the grilled brisket, but none really stood out.
