Golden Hill by Golden Tulip

This was my first time staying at Golden Hill Hotel by Golden Tulip. My first impression was that the staff were very friendly (especially a staff member named Reni, who was very helpful in explaining the hotel details and very kind). The hotel facilities are complete, and there are some rooms with direct access to the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the menu was perfect for children.
My only suggestion would be to inform guests at check-in that children above 5 years old will be charged for breakfast. This information would be helpful, as many people might not have their wallets with them at breakfast. I also forgot to ask at check-in, as usually children under 10 are free of charge for breakfast.
However, this does not change my positive first impression of the stay. I would love to stay here again next time. "

I had an amazing experience staying at Sunset Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The breakfast buffet offered many delicious options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The room is small with comfortable beds. The only downside of the room is the lack of sound proofing: loud neighbours, screaming kids in the swimming pool on the ground floor, non-stop loud prayers from the nearby mosques from 3:30 am to well into the late morning. So despite comfortable beds, we could not sleep well.
The service is excellent. Friendly, courteous staff. Breakfast was delicious and the offering is extensive.
Located in a corner of a busy narrow street. If you go up to the top floor (Skyhill Lounge), the view is great.

Stayed there 2 days ago. The staff are super friendly, the hotel is good. I booked 2 rooms, premier and deluxe, the rooms were pretty clean and spacious. We get complimentary apple juice during check in. There are two pools, infinity pool and the one in the first floor. The hotel has a shuttle to go to the car and it was relaxing and fun at the same time. The bathroom is very clean and spacious, the breakfast is decent and reasonable. This hotel is a very worth it one since you also have to consider the price of this hotel. Overall, this is good 9.3/10

Our first impression at this hotel, greeted by the hotel crew who were very helpful in parking the car and greeted warmly when entering the hotel. Although the parking lot is not too large, the hotel crew is always ready to help. The hotel crew is very friendly. The hotel is nice, clean, we stayed with a junior suite type room. In the room there is a sofa, there is a welcome cake and fruit, get complimentary snacks and soft drinks, There is an iron, umbrella, and complete amenities, TV and refrigerator are available. However, with the same type in other places, the space is too small, the bathroom is not like a junior suite room, there is no bathtub. The view I got was also not very good, because it was covered by mountain trees. Needs improvement for breakfast, honestly I have no appetite because a lot of food is scattered and falls, but there are no officers on standby to ensure the condition remains clean. When I wanted to take a bowl, the bowl was dusty. The restaurant crew was only busy picking up dirty plates on the guest table, but did not pay attention to the cleanliness and availability of food in each stall. Because of this experience on the second day we canceled our intention to stay at the golden tulip. Hopefully it will be better in the future, and can become our favorite destination in the future.

This hotel offers a more budget-friendly alternative to Golden Tulip, with rooms that are sufficiently comfortable for the price point. The breakfast was decent, though nothing particularly memorable. While I typically enjoy swimming, I opted out of the indoor pool due to its small size and a rather noisy, crowded atmosphere dominated by children. The rooftop café and heated infinity pool were attractive features, but unfortunately, they too were quite crowded during my visit—so I skipped the swim altogether. Overall, it’s a fair choice for the price, but best suited for families or those less sensitive to noise and crowds.

Spent one night with the family during rainy season here. The room was good, spacious with comfortable twin beds which you can slide into one. The TV was gigantic and it was a smart TV, the channel wasn't a lot, there wasn't any HBO or any premium channel so it's great that it's Smart TV.
The staff were perfect, they have valet which is super helpful, especially during rainy season. We came around 1-ish PM, and they let us did an early check-in thankfully.
As for the facility, there wasn't much other than pool and gym, neither of them were big but pretty adequate. One of the pool is 65CM and the other is 120CM if I'm not mistaken.
The breakfast were great, they went beyond with the breakfast. The donuts and the bread were exceptional and professionally made. You can tell that it's not your below average bakery the hotels usually provided. The other menu was also good. So please get this hotel with the breakfast, don't miss out.
One note: the soundproofing is not that good, might be troublesome if you are a light sleeper.

Stayed 2 nights in a Premier King room 312 during weekdays.
While waiting for a room decided to check out Sky Hill at the top which had very nice views. I found it strange that even though the place was empty, they told me to sit in the main area there was a minimum spend.
The hotel has a nice design and modern look. If you look closely however the quality isn't great for example the tiling. Please change the fragrance used in the lobby and rooms, it smells bad and too strong.
Because of the bathroom design and a small glass screen, water splashes out from the shower area. Even with the AC set on a low temp, the room was a bit warm during day time because of the heat from the glass window, even with the curtain closed.
Breakfast was average. There were flies in the restaurant. No towels available in the gym.
Overall the hotel is decent, especially if you get a good rate.

The hotel is clean, friendly Staff, easy to find the hotel location, delicious and varied breakfast, skydining resto is also good ambience with delicious menu. Swiming Pool is also clean. Car parking is a bit far but there is a shuttle bus and vallet service. My car was park on the macadam road and under the tree, so when I wanted to check out, there were a lots of ants and caterpillars in my car. Maybe in the future golden hills management can fix the parking area with paving stone in upper parking lot, so there are no ants and caterpillars in the car park.
Besides that, our family enjoyed our holiday at Golden Hills. Thank u Golden Hills.
