Old hotel recommended for holidays with family in Tretes, Prigen. At INNA Tretes Hotel & Resort we stayed in the Welirang bungalow which had been around since before the hotel was first established. The front shape of the bungalow is unique, semi-circular with lots of windows. The building is quite well maintained. This bungalow has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 large sitting room with a comfortable big sofa. The rooms are clean, tidy and there is a bathtub in each bathroom. The bed is quite comfortable and large in size (2 singles and a king size). Views of the swimming pool, mountains and gardens from this bungalow add to the added value. Hotel staff service is good, friendly and polite. Breakfast is quite varied and tastes quite good. The location of the restaurant with mountain views makes breakfast enjoyable. Mountain views around the hotel, various hotel facilities such as a swimming pool, sand park, rabbit park, Little Kyoto park and tree house spots for taking photos, maintained cleanliness and cool air make you feel at home staying here for a long time. This hotel is located in the Prigen highlands area of ​​East Java, the hotel is quite spacious and has a good view, up to here the receptionist is very friendly and really provides information on the location of the rooms and the floor plan well, the hotel rooms are adequate for the price paid, it's just not clean, The plastic trash from dozens of previous residents was not replaced, there were lots of cobwebs and it wasn't cleaned up, that evening we had dinner at Cafe Historia, what was very unfortunate was the readiness of the staff during the long holiday, the food came in almost 1 hour and it didn't taste good and was cold, drinks too came late and was also cold even though the order was for hot drinks, there was a lot that had to be improved for the staff's readiness, the next morning breakfast was good, the service was adequate, overall enjoyed the atmosphere and beautiful views and cool air.

On arrival, the staff is very friendly. It's supposed to be a 3 star hotel. But this ageing hotel is worse than boutique hotel. The reception & dining area looks representable. But once you go inside the room, all my respect for Inna group disappeared. The rooms looks abandoned & not maintain properly. The bathroom is very dirty. The toilet bowl is stained & greyish. The bathtub is very dirty & stained. Not deserved at all to be 3 star hotel.
The hotel facilities also looks old & deserted.
For the breakfast, have to pay IDR 75K for option of any meal from only 6 option. Not worth at all. There is not even a buffet breakfast.
Overall, this hotel either should be renovated or close for good.

Most affordable, excellent ambience, but it's not for disabled people Caused by Inadequate access. Lift or easy access are not available. But the services are very good, good food taste, don't forget to prepare umbrellas in the rainy season. Need to check the bathroom to ensure no spider or foreign animal occurs.

From the time the children were babies to 6 years old, I never get bored visiting here. The staff are friendly and very patient.
When I visited here, it coincided with the resort's 42nd anniversary. The position at that time was very crowded, I was afraid my car could not enter.
Luckily, because of the large parking lot, I was finally able to get a place for my car.
Apart from parking, the rooms are also spacious and very comfortable, even though the air is already cold, there is also air conditioning here. The services provided do not disappoint.

It is an amazing place to stay. I came back to this hotel & Resort after 60 years, where I usually spend my weekend as a child with my parents. The hotel become more luxury. The Staf and manager Iron are very kind and caring for their guests. The totally environment and the Japanese garden is beautiful. All this with the forest and the waterfall give you a peaceful, happy and spiritual feelings. And last but not least, the restaurant have an awesome view with the mountain in front of you and the local dishes are delicious. Definitely worth being here!
