The hotel is accessible to the station. Gratefully I got the room with a good view to see Tokyo Skytree!
Also on the first floor there have a vending machine & laundry.

I booked it from Airbnb. Here are my reviews.
Pros:
✅The location is great, near Oshiage train station. So if you want to go to Haneda Airport, you just need to take one direct train cost.
¥599!

Stayed at this hotel twice. Location wise, it's superb, literally a few blocks away from Tokyo Sky Tree. And the nearby surrounding area is full of convenience stores and restaurants.

Hotel Noel is the only business hotel in Nerima. Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and very close to supermarkets and restaurants.
