It's a small place, but it has everything you need, suitable for one person.

Small hotel in a great location. We stayed for 1 night. Room turned out to be a bit bigger than expected from the pictures.

Very nice and quite hotel, but the room was a bit small. Need to walk a few minutes to the main street and the train station.

Spacious rooms, good location (1stop from Asakusa) in a quiet neighbourhood with sufficient amenities. Bit basic in terms of amenities but had what we needed.

My family and I spent 4 days and was perfect. Easy check in, fast answer when we need anything, near the metro, bus stop, good restaurants and convenience shops.

I stayed here for 10D9N in Room 401. Room was very clean and you can wash and dry your clothes within the room very easily.

We booked room through the official website and communicated via LINE. The host provided excellent assistance with the booking process and general information.

What I liked.
• The apartment was spacious enough for two people, with plenty of room for luggage, clothes, and a table for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Very clean and comfortable overall.

We have stayed here twice although it was different rooms. Check-in and check-out were easy. Great location and there are lots of places to eat in the neighborhood.

Would highly recommended this hotel. The layout, amenities and location are perfect.

Wonderfully accommodating — our family stayed in the complex with our infant for two nights. The hotel provided a cot and diaper bin.

I booked 2 houses for myself and my family. Both houses are so clean and good facilities. We enjoyed our stay here, nearby have lawson, family mart and 7 eleven.

Convenient location with a small supermarket just across the road. Minutes walk from shinjuku. Less than 5 mins walk to stations.

Excellent location for our day wandering — we could come back to the room to relax, go out again — perfect for a browsing day around ShimoKatazawa.

I stayed at this hotel during my business trip to Tokyo, and it was surprisingly guest-friendly.
No issues with outcall services, and even for a first-timer, the whole process felt safe.

A great small hotel very nicely located in Shinjuku. It’s in a quiet area but very close to the JR East Entrance of Shinjuku Station.
The service in the hotel is excellent.

Stayed here for a month last march. It’s good hotel my room was single bed so I know for some it’s small but due Im out all day it’s perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed.

The hotel is in an excellent location! It’s close to many restaurants, walking distance to Nishi-Kasai station, and convenience stores.
Our room is perfect for my family (1 baby and an 8yo).

Very nice accomodation — only a few minute walk from the train station to get to hotspots like Shibuya, Akihabara, and the sky tree.

We had a lovely stay. In a quiet neighbourhood close to Kinshicho and Skytree. Supermarket just minutes walk away. Owners stay in the building and they are very helpful.

A charmingly comfy little apartment stay out towards the airport in a quiet area.

Decently sized Tokyo apartment for one or two people. It also has an elevator. It's a bit far from the station and central Tokyo, but close to Haneda airport.

This was my second stay at Section L, and it was excellent once again. The location is extremely convenient, with direct train access to both Haneda and Narita airports.

Location is very close to skytree and sumida river. I recommend this apartment for those people who loves peaceful and calm surrounding.

Great location. Paper thin walls and tight quarters for 2. But, you probably not visiting to sit in your room.

Great accommodation, whole process was easy and the owner was quite accommodating over the phone. Great location too easy to get to other districts as multiple stations within 15 min walk.

The place is really good as expected.
Good locality. Very peacful. There are many stores like 7/11 nearby.
Also laundry is near.
Rooms are clean. Lots of furniture pcs for convinence provided.

Hosts speak very good English. Our suite was well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The location is brilliant, a short walk from Shinjuku Station and the TMG observatory.

The host was very helpful and nice. He even prepared materials which showed nearby places for breakfast and other meals, as well as nearby attractions and how to go around.

1000/10 stay great location and even better staff. I ran into a snag with my luggage delivery but they helped me get it sorted out while I was enjoying my trip. Place is clean and plenty of amenities.

It seems the hotel built quite newly.

My partner and I recently stayed here. It was a beautiful little apartment and I found the staff to be very helpful and communicative all the way up until our stay.

Pretty near by to metro train station and lots of shopping and entertainment places to walk takes about 15/30 minutes.

The neighborhood is very cute, quiet and relaxed. Also close to the metro and many supermarkets around. The apartment is cozy and beds and blankets very comfortable.

What a well located, well equipped apartment. The balcony gives a great view of the neighbourhood and nearby Buddhist temple.

The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from Kamata Station. There is a FamilyMart nearby.
The room is fairly spacious and has bunk beds. The beds are very comfortable.
